The room was clean and tidy . The bed was good not to firm ,or soft nice clean sheets. The bathroom was clean but a bit old and outdated. The shower was great good water pressure and hot. The linens were firm and starched great water absorption. The only draw back is when we opened the drapes your view was a fence and small courtyard so if want a better view get the 2nd or 3rd floor . Not a biggie for us. The customer service was excellent. Shayna was wonderful. I would stay again

For the price it’s definitely worth it. Staff is super friendly. Honestly the pillows are nicer than the Quality Inn across the way. Firm beds which I prefer, but not too firm. Near food and Clackamas Town Center. Wanted to check in earlier and they were very accommodating without an additional fee.

Nice front desk help! Quiet room. Highway traffic noise was normal. Bed was comfy and heater was great.
The room needed to be cleaned better. Found avocado pit on the floor. The hair dyer had sticky stuff all
in the inside. Only one outlet worked. Husband to tighten up the legs on chair. Would stay again.

The room did have a fridge and micro, so better than some crackhead hotels in this price range. But the wifi didn’t work, at all. Network was completely open with no password or portal login page so idk if all the people around the hotel abused it or what- tried 3 devices, all the same. Called customer service and they said sorry and issued a refund. 1/10 unless you need zero internet. I would drive a couple minutes further or pay a couple dollars more- avoid. Also loud traffic but it’s next to the highway so that’s expected

Room is nice. Memory foam bed is nice and comfortable. The tub was brand new and clean. Unlike other places that have these old tubs full of mold and mildew. The only thing I suggest is having a place for guest to plug in their electronics while they stay. I forgot my charging block it would’ve been nice being able to use usb port charging supplied from facility. Overall pretty good hotel. Decent rates and close to essential services!

My experience at Sunnyside Inn was 10/10 I would give 10 stars if I could! My family and I stayed here for a while, and can I just say it was the greatest hotel experience we’ve ever had. The rooms are clean and huge, housekeeping does an outstanding job making sure you have everything you could possibly need. It’s in a great area next to the hospital food outlets Mall and the train station everything is walkable! You get a beautiful view of sunrise and sunset from room windows. They keep up on the property landscaping, and they are always stocked up on drinks snacks coffee! They have a great selection for breakfast as well! This place is kid friendly and we always felt safe staying here! They have great prices and amazing customer service! I would like to give a huge thank you and shout out to Michele, Tiffany, Ashley, and Mason! Thank thank you to your outstanding service and hard work we appreciate you all making our stay a great experience! I recommend this place to anyone and will return without a doubt

There was mold in the bathroom sink, (black & Red)
The bed was awful have a lot of springs loosen which made a hole.
Our backs hurts from this.
We are no coming back to this hotel.
Plus it super nosy from the streets and sorunder rooms.

9 am staff tried walking in my room unannounced and for no reason glad I had the chain locked. When I called the front desk to ask what was going on I was treated very rudely I asked why did housekeeping try to come into my room I was told that's their job and that's only answer I could get from them. Show me it seems like this would be against the law invasion of privacy or something I will never ever be staying at this place again. The pool was green and slimy as well and the rooms are outdated and definitely well used
