My only "complaint" is there isn't enough foliage. Showers & bathrooms are beautiful. One suggestion is maybe put a combination lock on the bathroom/showers so they can be accessed earlier in the morning. I added a star because they are so accommodating. Because of vehicle issues I needed to extend my stay & it was no problem.

Good location for extended stay. But beware, they say pet friendly and charge $30 per month per pet. No place to walk your dogs. Place was very clean.

I didn't like the fact that they charge you for a convenience fee that they could not explain to you and it was almost $30 extra, what convenience fee is it what's the convenience for? I'm not down with an extra charge that can't be explained by the property manager. And I don't like the fact that other people's dogs are pooping in your space several times and other people are riding their bikes through your space after you just got done making it perfect with a rake

DON’T COME unless you want to make a fool of yourself. Management has no respect and honor for customers. They forced me to pay the entire month's rent even though I told them I would only stay for five days this month and then leave. And right now, they refuse to refund the deposit to me. They don’t answer the phone or return my call. I sent several emails regarding that, and there was no return.

The environment of this RV park is horrible. Multiple trains pass by and horns every single time in the middle of the night every day. You won't get a whole night's sleep.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had called a different park to make a reservation and they told me they didn’t have any so to call their sister park, which was Sundial. I called on 24 October to arrive on the 26th. We went ahead and paid for the rest of the month which was only a few days and paid for a month in advance for November. This was all done on the phone and no time were we ever told that it would be nonrefundable, so we’re there for a few days and we’re told by the gentleman that showed us where to park that they were getting new Wi-Fi so they didn’t have any at the moment when I asked for the password. I will say that clubhouse/bathrooms are nice however there is barely any hot water , after we were there for a few days, we realize that the train that runs right by the park goes by several times in the middle of the night honking the horns. I got no sleep. I went to the office to talk to the manager Craig and told him that we were going to find another place because I have to have Wi-Fi for my job which is remote And trains driving by blowing their horns is not allowing me any sleep. He immediately got defensive and said they were no refunds. I stated if he had told me that they were no refunds when he charged my card over the phone I would’ve waited to pay for the full month after we had been there for the few days to make sure that we wanted to stay there , he didn’t care and only offered me the password for the office Wi-Fi . Craig is rude and has zero customer service training. When I told him if he would’ve been upfront and told me that they had no Wi-Fi which they advertise they do and if I would’ve known that, there was a train that was blowing horns all hours the night right next to the RV park I probably would not have even gone there in the first place. They have a good scam going on over here and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We booked a stay during Memorial weekend for a football tournament (May 24-28, 2024). This was the only site that they had left in the RV Park when we booked it in April. Unfortunately, the tournament was canceled.

While their refund policy is a cancellation prior to 30 days, we still contacted them on May 6, 2024 once we heard about the cancellation and tried to explain our situation. The tournament was our only reason for going to Arizona. The manger would not listen to us and stated that we could not have a refund regardless of our situation. We are out $225.23.

We asked if she could open the one site and if it got booked, could we then receive a refund. She stated “No, If someone else books it after we are a “no show” they will be charged as well”, but we will not get a refund. I’m sure that they would get it reserved again because this was the only site left in April.

She rudely stated that they give no refunds for any situation. This is the worst customer service that we have ever received at a RV park and we travel a lot. I will definitely skip this place whenever I pass through Arizona!

I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

I give it one star because this is the only way you can leave a review.

The real rating is ZERO stars!!!!!!

I understand your rules, but given the circumstances, I would think that some leeway would be taken into consideration. We contacted you once the tournament was cancelled. That was still 17 days until arrival. I know that this spot would be booked again. Quality customer service is all we were asking for. I know that you could issue a refund if you chose to. Thanks for the great customer service.

Stayed in much nicer campground for less money with level pads to park campers on. The service is poor, the WiFi doesn’t work, and mailbox still hasn’t been put up- which has cost me materials coming in for work. I’ve talked to management and they stated the WiFi and mail issues would be taken care of. Have been here over a month and nothing has changed.
