A weakened getaway. Very clean, lots of room. All the hookups you need. A very peaceful place! Clean restrooms, steam room. Hot tub is being worked on but we look forward to coming back. Kind helpful staff, great pricing! And accommodating last min.

Clean campsite and enjoyed the property. However, I booked a premium site and was given a site very far away from the one I booked. If a spot is available and I choose to pay up front for it, then I deserve the spot I bought. I WILL NOT pay you guys a rediculous fee to save a spot that I ALREADY PAID FOR. No other campsite I have ever booked with does such a scamming fee.

Sun Outdoors Bend is one of the most beautiful RV resorts and campgrounds we’ve visited in the USA in 2024. The entire experience was outstanding! The campsites are incredibly spacious, thoughtfully designed, and offer a perfect balance of privacy and community.

What truly sets this resort apart is the minimal light pollution, allowing for breathtaking starry nights that are simply magical. The location is also ideal—convenient to everything Bend has to offer, yet peaceful and serene.

The staff here were nothing short of amazing—friendly, helpful, and always ready to accommodate any needs we had.

One important note: They inform you in advance, but it’s crucial to follow their directions carefully due to a low-clearance bridge nearby that RVs cannot pass through. This is just one example of how well they’ve thought out every aspect of making your stay enjoyable and stress-free.

We will definitely be back, and we highly recommend Sun Outdoors Bend to anyone looking for a top-tier RV camping experience.

Great park. Facilities are very nice and updated. Grounds are very well maintained. Love the slips. All the hookups are easy to see and grouped together nicely with a brick wall surrounding them. We stayed in the 600’s and will not, cannot recommend them. The rest of the place was amazing. Seems like everything was about 20 minutes away so I got the feeling we were just a little bit outside of town. Will stay there again just not in the 600 site numbers.

One of our favorite campgrounds and locations in our 1.5 years of travel!!
We were in a Gold site (422), which featured a huge slab big enough for our 43’ fifth wheel and truck. Plenty of patio space too and lots of grass between sites.
Table and chairs included. FHU, good Starlink access from that spot (paid the lock fee to ensure this).
This place has so many amenities for a great monthly rate!
Garbage/recycling pickup. Propane refill available with propane pickup at site. Pretty solid fitness center for an RV park featuring dumbbells from 5-50lbs, cardio machines, med balls, mats, and more.
Packages could be shipped here. Clubhouse area was very nice - lots of lounge areas or working spaces, laundry room, popcorn, coffee/tea, fire pit area, hot tub, great bathrooms and showers with saunas available. Pickleball/tennis courts. Decent sized dog park. I think I covered everything.. 😅
We LOVED the location - it was an easy bike ride into town nearly entirely on designated bike lanes. 1-1.5 miles to grocery store. Alpenglow Park was a short walk away - perfect afternoon walk for our dog and had a great dog park too. We felt very safe and welcome here. The staff were always so friendly! We hope to return at some point in the future - this was the first time I very seriously considered extending a stay because we loved it so much!

Sites- beautiful sites with great spacing. If you have a Toy hauler, just know you wont be using your patio. It wasnt all that convenient to back into the site with our disturbing the other campers across from me, because the sites are at 90 degree angles from the road, not at an angleLike most. Also if you have a trailer try not to pic a site at the end of the rows (outside end), good luck getting into it. The location of the hookups is at the very back of the site, which may be great for some setups. Ours, it was not great for. Location- This was a great location, not far from town, Lots to do close by, and only about 15-20 minutes from endless mountain bike trails.

Amenities - great amenities, pickle ball courts, private in camp storage units, hot tub, and large common areas. The dog park, be prepared to bring your dog back to camp dirty and dusty if you go to there. The dog park is very fine, dirt that gets everywhere. I would love if they Made this grass or at least a mix of grass and the natural land scape like they have.

Overall-we will come back and we do recommend

Great resort. Loved the proximity to Bend. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Each site is huge. The hot tub was a nice way to finish the day. And when we asked for a late check out... they graciously allowed us to stay till noon.
