Service was great, & brunch was good. We ordered home fries, banana cream French toast + the apple French toast. Huge portions (could have been shared) and all of that was super delicious. Mimosas were a huge disappointment, especially for the price. They were decent sized but honestly flavorless & just tasted like bitter champagne. They looked so much better than they tasted & at $35/flight neither of us could even finish them.

This place is definitely a fun place to hit up for a unique atmosphere and some interesting desserts! The menu is extensive, expensive, and the desserts come with free diabetes 🤣 The shakes are truly a work of art. The cheesecake on one of ours was frozen making it difficult to eat. We tried it out as a fun place for a 18th birthday celebration and it delivered as a unique experience with some fun looking food and drinks!

While the atmosphere might be a little rundown, the Sugar Factory in Glendale is still a wonderful place to eat dessert. It did however take some time to get the dessert from order to the table. I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for some good dessert to eat and some time to hang while your food is being prepared.

This place is pretty magical. It's like Candy Land for adults. Our server was incredible. He was personable and SO intuitive. He was on top of our needs without being overbearing. He made great suggestions for food and drinks. He really took into consideration that this was our first time there so he asked things like "do you want to record this?" before assembling our AMAZING drink at our table. Yes, it's expensive...but it's not just food you're paying for. You're paying to step into an Alice in Wonderland type of experience for an hour or two.

I typically do not like leaving reviews full of criticism but this sugar factory could do with some improvements. We went on a weekday which usually means it’s not too busy, which it wasn’t. Overall service was okay, our server Brian was super nice but it looked like he was the only server on the floor that night. Which meant that our drinks did not get refilled and our food came out late. Again I do not blame our server but it wasn’t the typical service one would expect. Menus are too big which is great if you like a lot of choices but that also means the food quality drops since they focus on so many options. Most of my group did not enjoy their meals. In essence, service and food were lacking but that can be easily fixed. Probably won’t be coming back though.

A friend and I decided to have dinner here while picking something up in the area. We walked in, and we were immediately impressed with the decor and cute photo ops. They have a candy store inside as well, though it is pretty small.
All the food we had was amazing! We tried the pulled pork fries and the carnitas tacos. And omg, the meat was wonderful. We also tried the cappuccino and the cookie jar milkshake.
It is a bit on the pricier side but it's exactly what you expect to pay for a fun speculialty restaurant. It would he wonderful for special occasions. They have private rooms for events as well.
They were understaffed, and we were told they would be revamping the inside soon. I can't wait to see the inside when they are finished!

Nash is an excellent host!! We were just having family time and decided to come here. By far, a great decision. We had the cheesecake, salted caramel iced coffee, chocolate peanut butter cup mania, and a non-alcoholic twisted hart! The staff here is so friendly and courteous. The desserts are crazy and phenomenal!
