The kind of down home, simple but good, country diner that just feels like childhood. The parking lot was full on a Friday mid-morning, so you knew it was a local favorite. The sweet waitresses seem to know their regulars by name and ooze southern hospitality. The food was just as you would expect and want it to be. Simple southern cooking with no fuss or pretentiousness. We will definitely be back.

If you like an old diner feel with a new very clean location, this is worth the little extra drive. Friendly young waitresses very basic menu. If you do not see what you want they work hard to give you what you want. Prices are reasonable. It is so good this is where the local Police eat. Go there and enjoy a cup of coffee and an omelette. They have daily specials that change all the time.

Enjoyed this place it’s a typical small town meat and two (for those not familiar with the lingo meat and two means you get a meat like a Salisbury steak or fried chicken and then you get two vegetables to go with it and usually a piece of bread) and breakfast place and the food was really good. The prices were in line and the service was quick. The place is clean if you like Hometown joints instead of chains this is right up your alley.

Tried this place on a whim, and was so excited to find a delicious breakfast spot! I met with the owner and we sat down and just talked about our lives like we had known each other forever! She was so nice! The food came out hot, and was so delicious my daughter and I went back to next day and ordered again! Definitely a great breakfast spot and will go back!

Down home style restaurant with classic southern staples. Everything was fairly tasty we particularly enjoyed the crispy bacon, smoked sausage, and cheesy eggs.

This was our first time eating here. The restaurant is located in downtown Dallas. We went for lunch. We both ordered the meat (hamburger steak) and 3 vegetables plate. My sides were corn nuggets, coleslaw, and the soup of the day a vegetable. We also ordered a piece of red velvet cake for dessert. The service is great. The food was great. It is a small Mom & Pop restaurant. These types of restaurants really know how to take care of their customers. We definitely will be going back, that's for sure.

The service was great and our order came fairly quick. The food was good especially the creme corn. They had run out of biscuits since it was about 1:30 in the afternoon but overall a great experience.
