Stu’s Brews is my favorite local coffee shop! With diverse options, friendly service, and a convenient location- it truly is the best little gem! My drinks are always consistent, and I’ve yet to experience the dreaded “burnt espresso” tasting coffee that I’ve had elsewhere.

Their menu is posted online and is super easy to use, and it’s worth following their Instagram to keep up on their specials (strawberry matcha special this month is SO GOOD!) They also have really yummy sandwiches & smoothies- perfect to grab during a lunch break! Love love love Stu’s Brews! 🙂

We grabbed some breakfast on our way back from Eureka. Tried the Green Embler, egg and cheese on croissant, croissant with cream cheese and the habanero jam, turtle mocha and hum yum latte. All the sandwiches were excellent. Hum Yum coffee was okay. Something was off on the turtle mocha.

We were only in Eureka for two days but this was easily the best food we had here!

We got the toasted croissant with Nutella and banana (very delicious, creamy, lightly sweet, and refreshing) and the toasted multicultural bagel with salmon cream cheese and red onions (salty bagel, onions were sliced thinly, cream cheese with salmon in it was convenient to not have to fight to keep salmon on the bagel while driving, and the whole thing was well balanced). Highly recommend the food here!

The employees work so hard here to make your experience a good one! They all made us feel very welcome and positive. We came with our dog in the car and they immediately asked his name and wanted to say hi, then offered us a free freeze dried beef liver treat! He loved it and wanted to make friends with every employee that walked by. The person who took our order was very accommodating and had a soothing vibe! Really appreciate everything here.

We stopped here while visiting, and now I'm extremely sad that I dont have one in Nevada. Amazing service and even better food/drinks. The bagels are so good that I got halfway into the first one before taking a photo for this review. Highly recommend, and I will come back every time I'm in the area.

I drive by Stu’s brews all the time but today is the first time I’ve stopped. I’m certain I’ll be back often! The turtle mocha is amazing and the staff is so kind and friendly.

We're just visiting the area, but if we were locals, I have a feeling this would become our go-to place. I had a 16oz Hum Yum Caramel Latte and was warned that it was a triple shot. I don't think I would have noticed because it was so smooth and tasty. I also had a Spicy Turkey Breakfast Sando, which was SO GOOD. Honestly, the best breakfast I have had on this trip. Husband had a Pumpkin Iced Cold Brew and a Banana Bliss bagel and was equally happy with his order. As I write this there are nearly 200 reviews and they maintain a 5 star rating. I will not be the one to change that because it's well deserved. The care and passion are clear in every part of this coffee shop! Go check it out!

Sticky buns, yesssss!!! Plus all organically-sourced libations & if you ask nicely they’ll heat up some meat for you on the side.

(DO NOT take that the wrong way!! 😆That was a G-rated comment. I mean, if you want to balance out all the sugar & carbs with some Paleo-friendly protein!)

My experiences at Stu's Brews have been perfect. Stu and his staff are friendly and extremely detail oriented and their products, both food and drinks, are always delicious, fresh, and consistent. I appreciate the fact that Stu's Brews chooses to source the highest quality ingredients, which I think makes their products standout.

Ask Stu about the roast date of the coffee beans and you'll be amazed at the emphasis on quality and freshness!!

I believe that Stu's Brews is the best place to get coffee in the county and I highly recommend it.
I recommend trying the strawberry matcha, any of their espresso drinks (lattes, mocha, etc.), and the Jordyn croissant sandwich. The mildly spicy strawberry jam on the Jordyn is amazing, and that sandwich is the perfect blend of sweet and savory with just a tiny bit of heat.
