COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE!!! Will post pics shortly!

We stayed in this hotel for around two weeks… one of the nights we used booking.com to pay for a room. When we brought the reservation to the front desk clerk she told us it would be kicked back to them and it would be refunded by them. She made us pay for a second room after already shelling out about 90 dollars. It’s now been a couple weeks and booking.com is saying that I cancelled the reservation. No, we stayed but studio 6 dimwit night receptionist didn’t know how to do her job and we paid twice. We have complained at both locations but each is giving us the run around. I know several people that have had similar experiences but have not yet complained. I’m having each one leave a negative review. Starting with my travel companion on that night. Besides being billed twice fraudulently by this hotel, and not taking my complaint seriously the hotel was fine. I might even have given them a 4-5 star rating but until this is fixed I’m going to file complaints and negative reviews everywhere.

Thanks for the reply. Then do something about it. Saying you will strive harder does not fix the fact that you GOT PAID TWICE! You’re not going to like when I take my next action.

I ALSO FORGOT TO MENTION COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE…they come out of shower drain and crawl in bed at night. I have pics to upload to prove this…

Oh, Nancy Y... Can you fix the issue please or at least have the nerve to call me and explain why your staff lied and ripped me off?

Positive: "" Negative: Yes. There seem to be a lot of men standing around I don't know at late at night with alcohol. I even had somebody knock on my door several times. And there were a lot of paving trucks that took up most of the parking lot. I did not feel safe there

Great location and easy access from highway. Airport is also close by. Room was clean and hotel is located in a safe area. Pool was available and nice. Restaurant not too far, few minutes driving distance.

Close to food and to the highway. There were a few small problems with the room. There was no tv remote and no trash can. The young lady at the desk and the maintenance man were very helpful in solving the issues. The room was clean and spacious. I will stay here again.

Canceled my room after I already paid but did not notify me because they overbooked(and most likely got people who paid more closer to the stay date). Ended up not finding a hotel to stay at and sleep of a friends sofa to avoid sleeping in car.
Never had this happen to me before travel every month for years.

Positive: "" Negative: I asked 3 different times for towels and sheets and the third time at 1AM was told I had to wait until morning because they simply weren't available even though I had been asking since 11am that day.

Rooms are decent and clean i Stayed for 9 nights as did others from my work. Working 12pm to 12 am. 7 out of the 9 nights we (all in separate rroms) have had to get new key cards. Office is closed over night but has phone and after hours number posted a few nights we had to wait 20 minutes or longer just to get ahold of someone to get new keys. The fridge in my room was making an awful thumping sound so I unplugged it so never used |All in all rooms are clean buy during weekly say only get cleaned once

I decided to stay here and it was one of the biggest mistakes I ever made. Made a reservation for a king size bed and ended up in a room with double beds. The beds were horrible the second bed had a hole in the mattress where when you sit on it it goes directly to the box spring and if there's anyone who enjoyed hunting wild hogs this is the place. Normal being eaten up by mosquitoes waiting in bad weather and going through all that terrain to find the wild hogs here they will come to you. I have a video here in which I don't know how to crop it but you will be able to see the hogs eating the trash but if the video will show longer you will see a big one just walk down the sidewalk as if he lives here.
