As we entered, the heavy smell of pinsol overtook our senses. Dirty floors and walls, so not sure what they did with the pinsol exactly except opening the freezer, the smell got even stronger, so possibly that's the only thing that was actually cleaned. Taking shoes off was not an option until climbing directly into bed. In an attempt to let our accommodations for the evening breathe and release the toxin laden air, we departed for a eurekan adventure. Our nostrils remained filled for the night. Every inhale reminding us of what we had to return to.. a parking lot filled with more cars missing bumpers than not. The saddest part was the everlasting disappointment of a bank account now, $307 less than the day started.
When we got back, the pinsol smell had lifted a bit, but now the room now smelled like urine & cigarettes.
Extremely loud all night long
And some woman knocking on our door at 2am looking for lord knows what. The other reviews for this hotel must be fake

Very sketchy place. Seems mostly people living here week-to-week. They all seem to be friendly with 'management'. Seems to be just drug-dealing from room to room, with management complicit. Filthy grounds, as well. Did not feel comfortable having a roof rack on the van for fear it would be stolen - we'll know in the morning.

That said, 'management' is friendly and responsive. They are not 24/7 as advertised, other than the dude that will give you a new lightbulb is the same dude that walks into all the different rooms that seem to be drug trade. It's a neighborhood packed into a hotel.

Sketchy people in half-broken cars pulling in and out all night on a Tuesday.

I suppose they are 24/7 in the sense that one woman (of 3) standing in their entry smoking, saw me looking for management, (which, office was closed) saw me, and offered to call (and did) 'johnny' for me, to get my bulb replaced. Johnny did, and promptly - but this place is sketchy AF.

Positive: It was great having a two bedroom with a kitchenette. Negative: The only bad thing was the neighbors were very loud during all hours of the night however that is not the motels fault.

Room was great loved it besides the loud neighbors slamming doors , screaming up and down the street service was horrible management was horrible smelled really bad. Having homeless come in and out of “their” apartment just not great .

Great value. Clean and modern. Only tradeoffs are the street noise and sketchy folks in and outside the hotel. You get what you pay for. If you're on a budget and aren't fussy about the latter, I'd recommend.

The room was remodeled and clean. The bed was comfortable. The stay however was awful. We stopped here after a long day of driving and just needed some sleep. We were unable to sleep as the people next door to us were selling drugs from their room. There would be a knock on the door every 30-45 minutes. Homeless walking all over the parking lot and sidewalk next to our room. I will not be staying here again. If you are looking for a safe and quiet place to sleep this is not the place.

Fantastic stay! Safe property. Rooms are recently completely remodeled! Full kitchenette, common sense storage, extra sink with vanity mirror, more towels than you can possibly use. Our room was extremely clean. Beds and bedding was comfortable and we slept great! Property management was extremely friendly and helpful. Great location! Walking distance to eateries, entertainment, bars, museums, even the police station! Pleasantly shocked by how low priced our stay was considering the amenities and room itself!

I periodically find myself in the Eureka area on business and since I am a small business owner keeping travel costs down is a priority. The kitchenettes available at studio six are great because they allow me to prepare food as if I were home instead of being dependant on restaurants and takeout. The rooms are newly remodeled and the beds are comfy. The staff is very very helpful and are on site 24 hours a day ( I know this because the manager helped me jump my car at 5am when I needed to leave to beat traffic on my way home. I will definitely stay there again.
