We had a nice lunch date at StrayHouse!☕️
Everything was absolutely DELICIOUS!😋

My partner got “The High Stakes” hot sandwich and an “Iced Americano” with Heavy whipping cream & Honey to sweeten.
I got “The Usual” cold sandwich on white bread and a “Plain Fresh Pressed Lemonade.”
We both opted to get the “Soup of the day” as our side with our sandwiches which was their warm potato soup.🥪

The Barista was friendly and made us feel very welcome on our first visit here.
She was very patient with us deciding what we wanted to get, and offered us some waters while we made our decision.

I was so fascinated with the giant fiddle leaf fig plant at the front windows!😍🪴
The atmosphere is unique and they have some great music choices playing as well!

We hope to come back for another lunch date when we are fortunate enough again!

Traveling through and found this place. I had the harvester chicken salad sandwich. The food was five stars. The atmosphere is amazing. The staff were not very personable. I even told them it was our first time there. I do recommend.

Great little stop along I40. Better than the fast food norm. I had a wonderful roast beef sandwich with potato soup. Will definitely stop again

This place is a really nice atmosphere went there for breakfast it was descent the coffee was excellent and the two morning employees that were there were very nice and accommodating. If you want to return in the evening I would recommend it as they are attached to a brewery. Good experience and would definitely recommend.

We was in town for a wedding, and stopped in for a quick sandwich before heading home.
WOW, what a surprise!
Hands down the best chicken salad sandwich, Who knew that craisins, apples, and poppyseed dressing would be a requirement for all future Chicken salad from now on! Amazing!!
Hubby said the dagwood is a destination sandwich, and we WILL drive the 1.5 hrs just to get one! Not sure HOW he did it, but he finished the whole thing!
Honorable mention goes out to the Pretzel and cheese, probably the best pretzel we've had! Delicious!
Thanks for ruining all other sandwiches for us! 😆 !
Can't wait to taste the Strawberry cake after we get home tonight 😋

(Mrs. Flip Out is taking over this review.) On my way to a meeting, I needed coffee so I pulled up Google Maps and Strayhouse came up. I also noticed a Strayhouse billboard along I-40 and knew it was a sign to check it out. It was the most charming coffee shop, easy to find off I-40, with easy parking. I ordered a breve latte and it was perfect. They had an extensive menu and so many items sounded delicious. The coffee shop’s atmosphere was quiet, comfortable, and conducive for working or studying. After my meeting, I decided to stop again at Strayhouse for late lunch to-go. There were several people picking up to-go orders and I decided to try the chicken salad sandwich and a matcha latte. Everything was so delicious. The chicken salad was one of the best I have ever had and the matcha latte was exactly the afternoon pick me up for the long drive home. Strayhouse offers a variety of merchandise and, in addition to the regular coffee shop seating area, there is an event space for rent. If you need great coffee and food as you travel through Clinton, give Strayhouse a try.
