I recently had an omelette at Steve’s Bagels, and it was absolutely delicious! Steve’s is your go-to for a classic, regular bagel shop experience, while Blue House is more of a boutique with our focus on sourdough. If you’re looking for a traditional bagel and great food, Steve’s is definitely the spot. Highly recommend! Lia

We had to wait 40 minutes for our food because they never put the order through. All we were offered for our time was a free cookie and the food came out rushed quality. Multiple groups of people came in and out while we still weren't served.

I don't get all the salty comments. These are probably the best bagels I've had in CT. Been coming here for over 2 years and they never disappoint.
Some people complain about waiting times but the staff in the back is constantly working really hard. I've never had that issue though. The staff is really friendly and tries to accommodate every customer the best they can.
People are used to fad foods where they get the food in 30 seconds. Good things need a bit longer than that.
If you don't want to wait 5 minutes for a great bagel, go to Dunkin's.

1 egg and bacon bagel
1 ham sandwich
2 drinks,,, ,$35 absolutely outrageous. Didn't have all the ingredients for the sandwiches and nothing is priced.up charge for the bacon when the menu states it comes with bacon.will never return and definitely will tell others not to invest. This place was a huge disappointment and a joke on pricing..

2 workers working in the main area. One worker looked miserable, the other was nice. 2 workers on the grill for some reason. 3 people eating in the dinning area. Order 2 bagels with cream cheese. Took 15 mins...

Bagels were good if you could find them in the 1/2 block or cheese they pile in there. More is not more. In the past I've got sausage egg and cheese and it's very greasy but still tasty.

These comments don't mean I won't eat there again but it could be better.

I used to love this spot. The breakfast sandwich tastes so different. They switched to cardboard eggs so you can’t even ask for fried eggs. Tastes so disgusting I didn’t even finish my breakfast. I rather go to krauszer’s you will get a great breakfast sandwich with real eggs.

When I moved from Queens NY to Eastern boonies CT, paying 10 dollars for a bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a bagel wasn't part of the plan. We've tried this place twice now and it's been a letdown both times. The inconsistent wait times, the lackluster service, the greasy bagels made on a grill that probably needs to be cleaned better...if they charged 5-7 bucks for the sandwich I wouldn't feel the need to leave such a review. I've worked in food service so I'm not just speaking out my a$$ here. It's easy to tell when people put their heart into their food and service and when they don't. There are dozens of better bagel shops in this state that churn out great sandwiches at a reasonable price. Y'all can have Steve's! I'm all set 🙂 thanks but no thanks.

I recently moved to CT trying to find a perfect bagel place. I order a toasted onion bagel with plain cream cheese wherever I go.

After it got delivered after waiting over an hour and a half, I receive a plain bagel WITH RAW RED ONIONS sitting on top of my cream cheese. Nauseated by the sight I threw the sandwich away.

I even checked my receipt and order to confirm the mistake did not start with me. I understand businesses run out of things and are busy. But this is disgusting and if you do run out of onion bagels, please call. Unfortunately now I am hungry and disappointed
