The food was good but after sitting and eating I started to look around and noticed how poorly kept the floors were. The counters had streaks running down them and nearly every table was dirty. 🙄 The bathrooms had stuff all around the sinks and the walls behind the sinks and dirty mirrors. The service was great very kind gentleman behind the counter. I did see him cleaning but he'd have to run to take orders whenever people came in. There was other people behind the counter but not a single one came to help him clean.

I've always loved steak 'n shake. I visited the steak 'n shake while I was out of town which is this one and it was much different than my locations in Florida having to order at a counter and then go sit down and pick up your food. It just seems like not the steak 'n shake way. It was good but it could have been better.

1/21/25 as always everything was great! 3/31/24 great Easter lunch today! Back 2/25/24 and as always everything was good. The Frisco melt, was prepared to perfection. And once again Angele greeted me with a nice smile and hello. Good food, clean restaurant and friendly staff. Manager Angele is great, she makes you feel welcome and goes out of her way to make sure everything is just the way you want it. Wish they would bring table service back.

Stood in line for 45 minutes and I was only two people back. The counter person was sitting at a table talking to her friends and didn't get up and take any orders until her friend left. There was plenty of seating available she just acted like it was a chore to do her job. When we finally got to counter she was short and rude. Took an additional hour to get our food once we did finally get to order. The service here is extremely poor

Haven’t been to a steak and shake in years. The food here was delicious and it came out fast. The diner was clean and the workers were courteous and professional. I was the only customer in there at 3pm but other than that I had a good experience.

Usually a great place to grab a good burger but not so great today. I ordered single w cheese and bacon, no bacon and meat was not hot. I also ordered 2 cheese sauces and only got one. So I paid extra for bacon and cheese sauce I didn't get. If money wasn't so tight it would not be a big deal. But with today's prices u would think the business would encourage their employees to make sure we atleast get what we paid such a high price for.

Again we stopped here because we love their food usually.

Again they forget the cheese sauce all together, luckily no one else was in line (probably due to service) so we backed up and had to hang on the window to get someone's attention to get our cheese sauce.
Another trip with NO CHEESE SAUCE AGAIN!
Is it that hard to put the cheese sauce I paid for in the bag?
Either remember it or don't charge me extra for 2-4 cheese sauces.

At 10pm I went to get a burger. I’m allergic to vinegar, so I asked for it plain nothing but cheese and bacon. They put everything on it even after I said I’m allergic. The receipt actually says no pickles and stuff. I went back and re told them I’m allergic to vinegar and need it plain. They did gave me a new burger WITH pickles. I said no, I’m allergic. She then gives me the SAME burger without the pickles. How I know? You can see the VINEGAR pickle juice on top of the bun and smell it. I called the manager idk her name but it was March 26 2024 around 10:30Pm for her to say NOTHING but have a smart mouth “I’m sorry”. You can hear it in her voice. Listen, I wouldn’t been so mad but I spent $20 and can’t even eat not mention when someone says ALLERGIC and you ignore it… I can definitely see a lawsuit in the future…
