Beautiful hotel. Great location. No road noise. A little noise from the younger people above us, at all hours but you'll have that sometimes. The beds are firm but not rock hard. Was a good compromise for my husband and I. He likes a rock hard bed. I need something softer. The breakfast was great. Will definitely be staying here again.

This was our first time in Arizona, I called to make reservations, to get personal feedback, rather than looking at the reviews due to traveling with children. I wanted to make sure this hotel was able to accommodate us. Liz at the front desk was super helpful and assisted as I had various questions. The heated pool was amazing, my children loved it! The laundry room was very clean and met our expectations. Breakfast was delicious, they also changed their menu which was perfect, we didn’t eat the same foods our entire stay. The location of the hotel was perfect. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Our initial contact with this hotel was when we first called and talked to Taylor who was very professional, helpful, friendly, and accommodating. When we arrived at the hotel we were pleasantly surprised to see reserved parking spaces for our Diamond Elite status which was an additional plus.

Our positive first impression continued during our checkin process with Taylor and, after entering our suite, which was the cleanest room we have ever stayed in. Soon after that we received a text from Taylor asking if everything was OK with our room. My husband and I have traveled for decades and this is the first time we have ever experienced receiving a text from hotel staff asking about our room. I texted back regarding an issue with the bedroom door and Tommy quickly replied saying they would fix the issue.

Each time we walked past the front desk all the staff acknowledged us and were very caring and friendly, especially Margaux, whose friendliness really made our day feel extra special. Even the housekeeping staff were top notch like Suszanne, who was friendly, caring and someone who took great pride in her work.

This highly efficient and caring hotel staff provided us with the BEST hotel experience that we have ever received. It was extremely apparent that the hotel has an exemplary management team who runs the hotel as if it were a high end franchise. We appreciated everything about this stay, especially how they did everything to accommodate their guests to have the best possible hotel experience possible. Each floor quiet time signs posted which told me the management truly cares about their guests quality of their stay.

We came down for a soccer tournament at Arizona Athletic Grounds. Hotel was 15 min drive so pretty close. Loved the suite and chance to cook our own food for long weekend. Room was big enough for the 4 of us. Pool was heated and kids loved it. Great breakfast options every day. Complementary laundry was great for washing uniforms between games. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. Will stay here again next trip.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean and had a nice kitchen for stay-in meals. We were on the 4th floor and had no issues with noise from inside or outside the hotel.

Stayed with family on a vacation but the queen bed in the room was so firm that it led to tossing and turning all night and little restful sleep. Pullout couch bed was probably more comfortable to be honest. Showerhead was crusty and the water pressure was extremely limited because of it. Was difficult to take an enjoyable shower. Rest of room/property was clean and neat. Breakfast was great. Not sure if we'll stay again but due to the limited number of IHG properties in the East Mesa area, we'll probably have to.

Positive: The cleanness of the hotel. Negative: I have a small pet he weighs 11 lbs. never stays In the room by himself. They charged me an extra $75.00 For him to stay. Was very un happy about this charge. I?ve paid 25. Before but never 75. Buyer be aware.

Our room was very nice and clean. We loved the heated pool. Breakfast was very enjoyable as well. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. During our last night, our smoke detector went off for hours. I called down to the front desk to ask them to change the battery. She informed me that she didn’t have anyone on staff that could do maintenance at that hour, and that for liability reasons, no one else could change the battery. Uh, okay. My husband took the battery out and disarmed the detector so we could get some peace. Upon check out the next morning, we made sure to remind them that the smoke detector battery needed changed and that we had disarmed it. To which they responded that we were lucky they didn’t fine us $250 for disarming it. So literally our only option was to not get any sleep and listen to it chirp every ten seconds? There needs to be another option for guests.
