Pros - The hotel is nice beds are comfy and rooms are spacious.
Cons- The staff is rude they need to work on their customer service. I arrived to check in I had to actually greet her because she wasn’t going to speak(weird). Then during check out I watch the lady ask everyone how was their stay but when it was my turn to check out she replied “your all good “ yeah I won’t be back.

We travel quite a bit so bed comfort, cleanliness, and convenience of location is very important to us. This hotel hits all the boxes and then some! It really is one of the cleanest hotels we've ever stayed at. We have used this hotel three times now and each time, it just smells so fresh especially in the lobby. Friendly staff. Very comfortable beds and the rooms are so spacious. We love it here. This should be the standard for all hotels!

This was the nicest Staybridge that I've stayed in to date. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and clean with your very own cooking area. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. You can tell that owners/management goes above and beyond to accommodate all their guests. Additionally, the daily house keeping is top notch! They make sure to replenish your complimentary coffee and have amazing attention to detail.

Beware of up charges. I always book with IHG but for the first time ever I had 13.75% upcharge. On my receipt upon booking it showed what my charge would be and I submitted. I received a confirmation receipt via email but did not review it, upon arriving at the hotel I found out I was charged an extra $25. I went through the emailed receipts and at the very bottom it stated they would be charging guest an extra 13.75% for the exact date that I was staying. The other family that booked with me DID NOT get the same charge, out of all the families I'm the only one who booked directly with IHG and the only one who got an upcharge. We also all booked at the same time. I have five more stays in the next two months and being on a budget for stays I will not be booking anymore with IHG because I cannot afford any extra up charges. I will say the quality of the hotel was great and very clean. The breakfast was great and clean. The pool was not heated like it stated on the website, the water was very cold and the pool was the big sell for our booking.

I have stayed here several times now & each time has been nothing but lovely! The beds are sooo comfortable (I need to somehow buy the same one for my home), breakfast selection is great (the biscuits & gravy are my favorite), any requests or concerns are handled promptly, lobby always smells so nice, & the staff are friendly & helpful. Already looking forward to my next stay.

This was, without a doubt, one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. Very roomy, well appointed kitchen and bath. The bed was super comfortable. The only downside was the “echo effect” due to the high ceilings.

The suites are very spacious, with good countertop space in the bathroom and kitchen. Enjoyed having the couch and beds so we could work when needed, along with the desk as well. Loved that the fridge was bigger than the normal size. The beds were comfortable as well! We will definitely be staying here on our next visit!

I've stayed here twice now and both times were great. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. Very clean rooms, convenient little store at the front desk for any items you may have forgotten plus snacks and drinks. The breakfast is ok but I really wish it were earlier, 6:30am start time is kinda late for a lot of guests. I appreciate the indoor pool.
