Great place to stay. Highly recommend. Only complaint would be a little pricey for the area. Other than that, the suite was incredible. Kitchen was well equipped. Loved the shower/ bath wash and hand wash by Dove. I think they regulate the thermostat because I would set the AC to 69 but eventit would climb up to 73. Staff was overly friendly ( as well as the other guests). Breakfast was good - Could have provided one or two more hot items but overall it was good. Great selections of juices, even had soda options. Hotel had a small bar but we brought our own libations.

I stayed two nights in April to see my daughter for a Dad/Daughter weekend. The location is right off of the highway and was less than 10 minutes to her apartment as well as the campus. The suite was larger than I expected and had everything that I could need. Everything was very clean and the staff was terrific. I didn’t have to use it but they also have a laundry room that guests could use for free. I even enjoyed the free breakfast which doesn’t happen often for me since I have Celiac disease (can’t eat gluten). I definitely will be back.

Needed a hotel for college move out and this property is a go to in the Auburn area. The rooms are huge and have great amenities. Hotel has a bar, nice lobby seating & a great outdoor fire pit area. My only issues was there was some dirt on the bed skirt and some trash on the floor as if the room wasn’t vacuumed prior to our arrival. Our room did not overlook the pool/courtyard so being on the 1st floor we basically had cars parked right outside our window. Ask for a poolside or higher floor room. Will definitely return to this property.

Our first time staying at this hotel. The staff was pleasant and helpful. While the room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable, the hard floors were so sticky we had to have them remopped, which they did promptly, but the mirrors were cloudy from being poorly cleaned, the lamps were dusty, and the kitchen tools appeared to have baked food still on them. We did use the coffee pot and it was fine. The lighting in the bathroom is dim and the counter space in minimal. We had to use the cloudy mirror in the room to get ready with. I'd give it an average rating. Not terrible, but not great either. I would stay here again if needed.

From Check-in to Check-out we had an excellent stay. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Our room was very clean and smelled fresh. The bed and the bedding were very clean and comfortable. The bathroom exhaust fan actually worked. Traveling with a pet can be difficult at times but this location made it stress free. There is even a fenced in pet potty area. (I just wish all pet parents would pick up after their pets...but neither the hotel or the staff are at fault on that account. Pet Parents: Pick up the poo and don't ruin everyone else's experience!)

Let’s start by saying this hotel is beautiful at its price point. It is newer and the decor/design reflects that. The beds are thick and pillow-topped although still too firm for my liking. The pillows are thick and plentiful. 4 on each bed. The shower is large( no tub) in room 214. Plenty of space.
Breakfast was impressive with well-seasoned foods; scrambled eggs(salsa), sausages, potatoes with peppers and onions, fresh fruit plus more.
Full kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, 2 burner glass top, sink and dishwasher. The room appears clean until I start to look at the utensils, dishes, cooktop and the corners. Don’t even ask about the coffee pot!
It disturbs me that such a nice hotel is left to rot without proper housecleaning services. There is still construction dust in the corners that now has orange mold growing on it in the bathroom. Significant dirt in corners.
The staff was extremely friendly thus far.
We observed a woman with small dog at food level in the breakfast area. Reported to front desk but no call back from manager yet. The woman in charge of breakfast finally had the sense to tell her she couldn’t be in there. That was gross.
This is not a service dog on a leash. This woman was talking to everyone with a diapered dog in her arms. Not an emotional service animal. Not trained or on a leash. Sitting on the benches where other people eat food. Just gross! I realize the management cannot control guest actions but seriously!? DO SOMETHING!

What a comfy, clean beautiful place! Never been before but will certainly look for you in our travels! We had great 2 night stay for wedding. Everything was wonderful and breakfast were good too! Thank you!

This stay was enjoyable. The room itself was clean, but the silverware tray had stuck-on debris in it. The pool was good. Breakfast was good. It was a nice half way stop for us on our way to the beach and we will stay here again.
