I am working night shift and I informed the staff about it when I did check in because I saw a sign saying they were under renovation. The person at the front desk told me they were doing painting and would not bother me. I stayed 2 weeks without major issues until they made me move to another room to paint my room doors. I accepted because I notice they started doing noises around with the condition of receiving a room that was quiet. This video is today. I had to pick up all my stuff and move somewhere else because they were renovating the room above my room and the one in front of mine. They lie to make you stay. Not recommended at all. They knew I had to stay around one month and did not care.

Additionally, they don’t give you your IHG points. Ask yourself.

Everything was great. Only one thing bothered me: I was just getting out of the shower, and housekeeping opened my door with no knocking.

Hotel is ‘under construction’ with no repairmen to be found.

Good enough rooms for the price - they come with a full kitchen and dishware. Expect all the dishes to not be clean once you check in and clean them yourself first though.

Service is horrible and our room was not cleaned once throughout our four night stay despite asking the front desk twice.

Area is quiet and good. You seldom hear some planes but otherwise its a decent location close to the airport. Do yourself a favor and stay at one of the other hotels in the area.

Do not go here. And if your flight is delayed and they try booking you here, beg for somewhere else or just pay for a different hotel. It’s under construction. They will place you on the same level with loud noises and dust and debris all over and in the air. Squeeze past workers and tools. The door card didn’t work. Elevator didn’t work. Front desk and manger were rude and awful. They need to close and get new employees. You have been warned.

Stayed here in early January 2024. This place was under construction. Leaky sink in our room. Unfinished plastering around pipes in bathroom. No soap to wash our hands with had to go to front desk to have them find some for us. Furniture in room was old along with appliances. Eating area for breakfast had old best up tables. Worst place I have ever stayed at. Will not be back.

The room looked overdated although the bathroom was nice and clean. We have to change to another room because after unpacking most of the things we found neither of the stove worked when we tried to cook something to eat. Out of two only one stove worked in the second but I guess it at least met our basic needs.

Renovation to building. Washer dryer free but double dry time and only 3 of each to use. Breakfast was sub par
Free coffee off the lobby. Had to move rooms 3 times. No help from staff. 1st was stove top didn't work. Had to "smack" light on microwave to get it to iluminate the 2 burner hot plate

We stayed here in late September 2023 but will start this review with our stay last year.||We stayed here last year in Sept 2022 on our way to Asheville. The hotel was under renovation, which was disappointing, especially since the website did not mention it nor did the rate reflect it. ||Thinking that it had been a year since we were there and that surely the renovation would be complete and everything would be fresh and new, we booked there again this year for our trip to Asheville. Obviously our bad for assuming. Sadly, hardly anything had been done. The hotel is not clean, we had to try three different rooms to find a working refrigerator, the room was dusty and old. The rate quoted on the IHG site was not the rate on my bill, it was higher. I am an IHG Elite member but was charged $6 for 2 bottles of water. Evidently we have to speak to a manager to resolve anything and the manager is only there weekdays. ||So our advice...don't stay here. There are plenty of other hotels in the area.||IHG should be ashamed of having this as one of their properties. We were so disappointed we almost canceled our reservation at an IHG property in Asheville!
