If you like living with roach infestation. I have spent over $75 trying to at least stay there. There’s no refund. Staff stated there’s no room to transfer to. I have paid over $700 for a room I cannot sleep or stay or eat in because the roaches are so bad. When I first got there the room is outdated but I felt was durable. By the time I moved in there were roaches on the ceiling, walls, and bed. I went to the office and was told no refund that they would have pest control come out. Well upon checking with office after spending $75 just so I could stay, I was told I was on the waiting list for pest control. The roach problem got better but then they started coming out of everywhere again. I asked for a refund again and was told no refund and no room to transfer to. At this point of self pest control and there’s still a roach infestation says a lot. I just want my money back.

This place offers a kitchenette, a couch and 1 or 2 beds. The air quality is horrible. Within 3 days of putting an air purifier in the room the filter was black. If you have asthma or respiratory problems this is not a good place to stay. You are also not allowed to sit outside of your room except to smoke. You may not socialize outside of your room. "You are renting the room, not the sidewalk". This is what we were told when we were quietly talking with a friend outside of the room. The staff is very rude and they don't do anything to improve the quality of the rooms. This is an emergency only place to stay, if you have no other choices and can afford around $300 a week to live in a room where your kids can't even go outside.

This is NOT a place for families with kids. Drugs everywhere, don't even try to hide it, smell in the air all the time, loud thumping music!! Prices steadily rise with no amenities, wifi is slow, terrible when it works. The nicest thing about this place is when u leave. I will say if u need anything fixed they r pretty quick to respond. The ladies and maintenance man at the front desk r nice and helpful.(Theresa,Wanita, Ken)

It's decently priced, housekeepers are good, front desk is nice. The place has gotten a lot better now that they have some housekeepers. The place needs some maintenance but is adequate.

I stay here now and it's not all that bad. The people around me are nice and polite . Not had any thing stolen from me . The prices are a little high but it's not terrible. It's a roof over my head, a bed to sleep on, and a hot shower at night after along day of work .... no one bothers me .....

As far as I know, this place is always full of people! Not quite clear on how many of them are actually "guests" that have registered and paid for a room for themselves and their families. The only reference I have to repeatedly consider is this... The people I know that actually registered and paid for a room as extended stay guests, had their clothes stolen from the laundry room! They never recovered those clothes nor did they receive an apology at best! It's ridiculous to me that the "security cameras" didn't have so much as a image of the person who stole their clothes. No image because... No record of that area even being monitored! Makes me afraid to imagine that if the crime committed had been a physically violent crime, where would the surveillance cameras been to see the perpetrator so the victim could successfully press charges! 🤔 SKETCHY!?!

Would give it misus stars if I could. The manager think it's ok to walk in after knocking once while i was getting dressed. When i didn't feel comfortable letting him in without ||someone accompanying him,he accused me of hiding something. I have PTSD from an assault & felt assulted all overagain. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND A WOMAN STAY HERE EVER! I WOULD HAVE REPORTED HIM THEN BUT WAS FEARFUL OF REPROCUTIONS. HORRIBLE HUMAN. HORRIBLE PLACE. YOU CAN'T EVEN GET CLEAN TOWELS ON A REGULAR BASIS.
