The staff make you feel at home making you feel the sense of a genuine welcome. The location doesn't have restaurants by foot close by but a lovely gas station where a tiny bakery is. The staff where kind enough to let us buy baked goods although closed due to the winter storm. Honestly the nicest experience to a very hard day before checking in.

A 2 star hotel does not have be a POS. A 2 star hotel just means a basic room - no amenities like pools, gyms, complimentary breakfast, etc. For some reason this usually equates to a no-tell motel. This one wasn’t a whole lot different. Now it wasn’t a bug infested, wear shower shoes kind of room, but it was not great. Everything is extremely old and falling apart and the rooms weren’t cleaned particularly well - especially the linens. It has the potential to be great - the exterior is cute, it’s close to lake Eufaula, and there’s not a lot of competition for hotels in this area, so it could become a go-to hotel - with work.

Had a great stay ! Beds were great!! Hidden Gem but well worth it ! The in town hotels were ridiculous & dirty.Ask to see the rooms before you pay .Best Western asking for 130.00 a night.
Stay Inn is recommended!!!

Spend the extra money and find another place! Bugs, blood stains, piss stains and mold. I always check hotel beds for bed bugs and what I found was blood stains and large mysterious stains in the center of the extremely uncomfortable, stiff beds. There was a spider infestation in the tiny bathroom with a door that wouldn’t shut and the towels still had makeup/piss stains on them. There was a cricket and may flies on the other bed I didn’t sleep on. I refused to walk barefoot because my feet were black from the dirt on the floors and the walls had mold. I did not feel comfortable sleeping in the bed sheets so I slept on top of the comforter and put one of my personal sheets on top of that and then slept with my own blanket/pillow. I left all those items and pajamas there because I did not feel comfortable bringing them home due to risk of bed bugs. I brought my bags home in trash bags and immediately washed everything including my makeup bags to be safe. I have no positive remarks on this room. I got maybe 1 hour of sleep due to paranoia of bugs crawling all over me. Should of slept in the car tbh.

This place was perfect for me as a weary, cross country traveler on a 3 day journey, and they happily accept pets as long as you declare them!

The room is clean, comfortable and quiet, just what I needed at the end of a 12 hour drive, and my cats were able to have a comfortable night outside of their carriers.

5 miles away is a quaint downtown area with good restaurants and the owner Dave was so kind to give us a good recommendation! In fact, Dave was one of the best parts of my visit, you can tell he really cares about providing his guests with the most comfortable and positive experience possible.

The price was well worth it, I recommend this place with full confidence!

This place was alright for a last minute reservation. I however was not happy with the cleanliness of my room. It would have been great if they would have dusted and mopped really well. Otherwise it was really quite and the lady in the office was sweet and very helpful.
