I had the pleasure of being helped by Sam, and I can honestly say that his kindness and helpfulness truly stood out. I absolutely 💯 love this Starbucks and their early AM staff are amazing. I am there 4 days a week and my order is always ready as soon as I walk in no matter what. LOVE THEM!

This used to be one of my favorite locations. Then, they got a new barista who works Friday mornings and makes horrible drinks. She was super backed up and remade my drink twice both times equally horrible.

Urgh, I was here yesterday. Fecal matter all over the toilet and underside of the seat. I reported it to a staff member. Back today and nothing changed.
Wow, what a poor response. I've already contacted you via this review. To pretend to be concerned and send me to your generic corporate contact web page is impersonal, inappropriate, condescending and insensetive. You should know the dates, Nov 10th & 11th from the original date of the original review, location and issue. Try doing your job and resolve the problem. Try this, reach out to the store manager and have them meet with their team to let them know not to ignore when a customer brings it to thier attention that the customer toilet is gross and needs cleaned. Clear enough?

Rody….the absolute epitome of excellent customer service. He saw my day was a wreck and went out of his way, even though busy, to make it truly wonderful. Drive thru order (wrong size, larger, so cost me more but whatever). The person running drive thru was NOT polite at all. I've been to many Starbucks across Valley and never had a barista NOT be friendly. He didn't tell me total or pull around after order and i couldn't hear him after pulling around. I had to ask for straws twice as he just would close window on me after banding out every drink. Also, is your policy really you can't throw any trash away for a customer (I needed a soda can thrown away to make room for the 4 drinks I ordered with a total of $23)? If so, that's crazy! Orion was name apparently.

I went on a Tuesday morning before work for a drink deal. SUPER FAST! They already had someone outside to assist with orders and the drinks were made by the time I got up to the window. Super efficient, please keep it up!
