Of all the units I attended (and there were many) this one is special because of the incredible service. Everyone was very friendly and that made all the difference so I kept coming back to this Starbucks.

I had 2 orders tasted like mostly like milk and barely sweetened and could not taste the espresso. 3rd time I added triple the sweetener and it didn't make a difference plus this time i could taste the espresso and it tasted burnt. Workers are really nice.

This store has the sweetest, most efficient employees in all Gilbert Starbucks! I am a Starbucks junkie, and I go about three times a week and not always the same store. However, every time I come into the store, I get a welcome. I tell them “thank you” they respond back everytime. If I have a question they go above and beyond to answer it…just the cutest crew. You can really tell they enjoy what they do!

I asked for a coffee without whipped cream. They gave it to me with whip cream, but yet they blamed me for them making it wrong twice. The barista need to be at McDonald’s. This is the first time I’ve been countered, rude customer service.

Cashier was very gracious. I couldn't log in to my app to reload my card (I noticed my card was short in the app while ordering). I asked if I could step aside so others could order while I figured it out. She said she'd save my order on the register. It took me a little bit to reset my password and save it on my phone so I could reload the card on the app. When I got it done, she graciously scanned my QR code and finished my order. She was so friendly and kind, it was a pleasure to go get coffee in spite of technical difficulties on my part.
