Ok This starbucks was a little better than the previous one but it’s starbucks. You have many choices of coffee but I think they loaded with sugar or to much milk. Just a coffee is almost impossible and the prices are extreme.
I love the coffee mugs and were I see them I have to buy one

Slowest Starbucks ever. No one waiting (even the 6 people in drive thru were gone for 5 min before they started my drink) but the girls parents who she is too busy talking to. The restrooms were not only dirty but the locks don't work. No one should deal with that fear.

I went in Starbucks in Clanton and ordered just a Bagel. No coffee, no nothing. Just a Bagel. With 5 employees and 3 customers, I thought it would take 5 minutes. At 10 minutes, I asked about it to have that person reply the girl running the food line was making it. (Not to go the extra mile to help the girl running the food line make anything). After another couple of minutes I asked for a refund and she said "oh are you sure? It's going in the microwave now." Of course, right? After you ask for a refund. Fir my rudeness she said "I hope your day gets better!" Well what are you doing to help with that? You say you have a lot of mobile orders, so that means the world places the lazy people that want food brought to them ahead of the working people in the restaurants getting their own food

First stop of my 9 hr trip home from Birmingham. Ordered online and arrived in perfect timing to pick up my coffee and breakfast sandwich. Bathrooms were clean, and the staff was happy and friendly. It was also a stand alone starbucks with double drive thru and passing lane. Definitely a good stop.

Great new location, so it looks, in the Clanton area. Friendly staff, spot on drinks, and two drive thru lanes are some of the highlights of this extremely clean place. Clearly there is some setup left to do inside but judging by our visit(s) it should be a hit in this area. Keep up the great service!

I love Starbucks. I’m actually here from Seattle so Starbucks has always been a daily thing for me. The Clanton location is pretty good, the only issue I have is the tipping through drive thru. I’ve noticed that there’s certain staff that add a tip on themselves, that really bothers me a lot. They don’t ask, they just take your card, do it inside so you don’t see, you only know because your bank account shows the charge is more than what your total was at the window. It’s only happened twice but it’s still not okay imo

Everyone here is still pretty new but seem to be learning fast. My drink was made hot when I asked for ice but they seemed pretty willing to remake it for me. I then realized I forgot to ask for flavor in my latte so I walked back to the counter to order a short cup with syrup in it. I planned to pay for it and add it to my own coffee since I messed up that part of my order. The gentleman named Shaine at the counter asked how many pumps I wanted & offered to just give it to me. When he told the batista next to him to add 2 pumps of chai to my drink she said "She can't just keep adding stuff to her drink" and then added way too much chai to my drink. I couldn't drink it and threw it in the garbage after I left. Hopefully once everyone is trained my next visit will go more smoothly & people will keep their rude comments to themselves

This starbucks location is absolutely wonderful. They have amazing customer service and the coffee is always good!! I order the Brown sugar shaken expresso almost everytime I go it is always amazing!
