Beautiful house and rooms. Our stay was very comfortable. Our family was able to book separate rooms but still celebrate the holidays together l. Mu h better than renting one house and sharing it. Everyone had their privacy. It was easy to access parking and we had codes sent ahead of time to access the house and our rooms. The staff was so nice and there were snacks, coffee, and water left out all day. There were fresh breakfast items and juice in the morning. Rooms were well stocked with towels, toilet paper, coffee, etc. We plan on staying again next year!

I am staying here and it is a lovely space
full of vintage charm. My room is beautiful and the bed is super comfy. I appreciate all the outside spaces to hang out and enjoy my coffee. The location is perfect because I can walk to Marietta Square, to food and shops. I would definitely stay here again.

The bedroom had plenty of space. Bathroom was gorgeous and had a big beautiful tub (and for my ladies, the water was hot 🎉). As far as location, you are close to the Marietta square and can walk to several restaurants and things to do. We were there on a Friday to Saturday which meant we got a full breakfast and it was delicious. Highly recommend. We went as a staycation type thing and we would definitely stay there again.

We loved how personal the staff was…very accommodating! They made the guests feel at home. Everything in our room was well thought out! Loved the bathroom in the Peachtree. The designer made great use of the limited space!

We stayed in the Westminster Suite on the basement level - we were coming in from out of town to go to a midnight movie at the Strand (Rocky Horror) and wanted to stay somewhere that we could walk easily to the Square and back. The room was lovely and very convenient - we let ourselves in around 7:00 and changed and headed to eat dinner and wait for the movie. The courtyard was great (even though we didn't have our dog with us this trip). Comfortable bed, and we sleep with a box fan, so the train wasn't noticed at all. We had to head home early, so we didn't stay for breakfast, but we plan to next time!

Issues for consideration: update the laminated instructions for air, heat and tv. The air conditioner also provides heat but needs to be checked for loud noise coming on every hour or so when the heat comes on. Also the air conditioner vent across from the toilet needs to be completely covered as there is no way to prevent the cold air blowing right at you even though the vent is closed. Lastly, the portable ice maker needs checking as it produces another loud noise when it makes ice during the night. Still, overall I enjoyed the short stay and will stay again if I need a night in Marietta.

Beautiful house! My bed was the bed sleep I’ve had in 30 years. They had bath soak for me. Muffins in the cake plate downstairs. Easy parking. I bet it is gorgeous at Christmas. Would definitely stay again!

The Stanley House will always be a special place for my husband and I! We got married here and rented all the rooms out. Everything was fabulous from check in to check out! All the rooms are gorgeous, clean, and well stocked with everything you may need. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly. It was super special that there was a dog friendly room so our fur baby could join us. Highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere to stay in the area. We will be back for sure 🙂
