What a sweet, little hidden treasure on our visit to SPRINGS PRESERVE.
We had grown-ups, children and absolutely loved the portion size, presentation and portions and flavors.
MISS ALEXA,f our Cashier and Order-Taker is absolutely fabulous.
Definitely stop and visit ALL of their lovely, helpful staff..
Oh and there's an outdoor patio.

In a city brimming with cafés that cater to every palate, this café manages to fall short in so many places. My partner and I visit on a Sunday morning before a day at Springs Preserve. For a nearly $40 ticket, we received a plate of 4 Pancakes, Grilled Cheese and Fries with a side of "Tomato Soup," two iced coffees and a side of Breakfast Potatoes. To begin, the pancakes were obviously frozen and were about as edible as used tires. They were served cold and topped with fresh fruit, which was delicious on its own but not nearly delicious enough to make the pancakes palatable. McDonald's hotcakes are somehow a better option, especially considering they're served hot. Regarding the Grilled Cheese and side of Tomato Soup, you could probably do better in your own kitchen. That being said it was still delicious despite being served with a freezing cold bowl of marinara sauce. That's right, marinara sauce, not the Tomato Soup they claim to serve with this dish. The side of breakfast was just downright dissapointing. They were burnt, and we simply could not eat them at all. Much like with the rest of our food, we did not finish much of it, instead choosing to fill up on fries before leaving. Our drinks were JUST okay, we enjoyed them. The service was far from terrible, in fact our cashier and the foodrunner were nice. We decided not to complain to the employees, because we would rather just let things go, but our experience might help others who might fall victim to this café. This is our second visit, and this time we had hoped to come around to have a nice filling breakfast before a relaxing day at Springs Preserve. Instead we had an expensive and regretable breakfast. The last time we visited we had ordered Boomtown Burgers and they were phenomenal, so our trust in this café was right where it needed to be. However, my partner and I believe a safer option would be to just pack a lunch or visit a local spot that at least has the decency to prepare pancakes fresh in-house. In the end I just wish this place was a good option to just have a seat and prepare for a nice day, or wind down after a nice day was had, but for the high price and beyond low quality food, this place just isn't where it needs to be.

AMBIENCE: Spacious, and located in building that over looks Springs Preserve, it has views of the LV skyline pretty much all around since the whole place has windows all around and an outdoor patio.
FOOD: Ordered an avocado toast and tropical smoothie. The toast was wasn't all too great, the microgreens didn't have any taste to them. The bacon and bread was good though. Though I did really like the smoothie and mimosa I got. No complaints on that end.
OVERALL: The views are nice, the bar with alcoholic beverages are available after spending some time lugging the kids around lol The prices are up there, but I did enjoy feeling like I'm not in Vegas for awhile.

I visited the cafe on a Saturday afternoon with family. We specifically drove for the cafe after hearing a large number of reviews. It did not disappoint. The Cafe is outside of the Preserve so you don’t have to enter the Preserve to enjoy the amazing food. We were seated outside on a gorgeous day and it was lovely. We had the Vegan Bakon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich and the Vegan Breakfast Burrito. Everything was absolutely amazing!! I plan to return many times because the food was over the top awesome!!

The customer service was top notch and the atmosphere was laid back and relaxed. You will find plenty of free parking and the bathrooms were very clean. I highly recommend this cafe!!

Delicious food, we got brunch and loved the breakfast sandwich on pretzel bun, the chilequiles & Creme brûlée waffles. The French toast coffee was so good & the views are spectacular of the preserve and the Vegas skyline. Highly recommend

I love the Springs Preserve. My husband and I took our kids to eat at the Springs Cafe. The kids pancakes and French toast were good. My husband and I ordered the Texas grilled cheese and tomato soup.
The sandwich was overcooked and barely and cheese. The tomato soup was thick in consistency and almost like tomato paste. The fries were the only good part. When the food was brought to the table, I asked for ketchup and he the young man pointed to where I could get it. I understood that this was not a restaurant style service anymore but as I walked to get the ketchup, I clearly saw they had some for the runner to bring to the table. We also only received 2 serving sets for 4 people when we came to the table.

Update: Thank you for the response. We appreciate the willingness to use this review to improve quality and service. No refund needed.

I’m a member at springs preserve so I bring my daughter here often. We were eating lunch and noticed my daughter start looking sick so I brought her outside where she unfortunately vomited. A female cafe employee walked out, saw the throw up and yelled “EW!” I understand it’s gross to see but very unprofessional and disrespectful, especially for an establishment where children come daily.
The young man who helped clean was very respectful and kind so thank you to him.
