I’ve never had better service at an hotel ever in my life. The customer service here is unmatched. Kathy and Sam went above and beyond! Our rooms were very spacious and clean. The pool was warm and always stocked with fresh towels. Loved our stay here. It’s close to restaurants, shopping areas and is only a short drive to the Gathering Place.

My family and I had a pleasant stay overall. We enjoyed the location, accessibility to restaurants, and the breakfast options provided by the hotel. However, there was an incident that took place that left me in a state of disbelief and changed my view and recommendation for others staying at this location. We had a late night visit by a Caucasian middle-aged woman (mid/late 40s or early 50s, dirty blonde hair) who worked in housekeeping I suppose (she wore black shirt/pants similar to a scrubs uniform) who told my husband and I that she received several complaints about our room being too loud. She went on to further state, "If you do not quiet down, I am going to ask you to leave and if you cannot control your children then you need to bring them to the lobby area." Finally, my daughter was standing in the bed, the woman told my daughter verbatim, "You are not supposed to be standing in the bed. You are being extra, I mean too, extra. "

As a customer, I felt that her statements of judgment were inappropriate and out of line. This is not the way to address a customer period. If there were multiple complaints, I didn't understand why we were not made aware (typically by a phone call from someone who worked the front desk and not housekeeping). The one time I was made aware was by her visit, so to hear that we would be asked to leave on the 1st offense was very aggressive and, again, inappropriate. Needless to say, I would not be returning nor do I recommend this hotel.

I realized once I was almost home, I may have forgotten my electric toothbrush & I called to ask & inform if I did, would it be possible they could send it home to me & at first was told "no" but later explained that I would have to pay to get it shipped/mailed home & I questioned the fee due to my loyalty status, & she stated despite my loyalty status it wasn't them charging me, but postal annex charging the fee, therefore feeling that my loyalty status meant nothing & is pointless. I had to give my credit card number to get my toothbrush delivered. This transpired 4/4/2025, my card was charged on 4/7 for $16.95 and my belongings were sent via USPS on/or after 4/7 at 3:34pm and item was not received until 4/11/2025. For a charged 16.95, I should have received it within 2 to 3 days, not 5. The price on this type of shipping via usps ground advantage is for items up to 70lbs. At the end of the day, I got my electric toothbrush, but moral/point of this review is my loyalty status means nothing!

I had an amazing experience. The room was very clean and comfortable. I live the ample lighting around the desk area and sliding door to the restroom. Only downside was my mini fridge was broken. However the night staff member, a young black woman, was very gracious and refrigerated my items overnight for me. I will definitely be returning when my travels take me through central Texas.

The rooms were nice and the hotel was clean. Lots of restaurants around and a target nearby. Downsides are, the indoor heated pool was super cold. Would not say that it’s heated at all. The rooms have a sliding door for the bathroom and it has frosted glass on it. So if someone is in the bathroom the whole room is lit up. That is very inconvenient if you have multiple people in your room.

The staff was friendly. The hallway smelled a little musty ,but the room didnt and was very clean. I was very pleased with my room . The room was decent size and only cons are no microwave and tv positioned for couch viewing and no beds.

Trying out the Tesla on cross country road trip. Tried to get a room in Tulsa on a Saturday night and hotel apps said everything was full. Seems Pink was in town along with a gun show and swim meet. Saw the Springhill Suites while recharging car. Took a chance and called. The receptionist found us a room and held it till we got there. Seems we got the last one! We really appreciated it. Had a great stay. Clean, well maintained property. Close to I-40. Love the room layout. Breakfast was good. My only suggestions are, 1) the bottles of shampoo etc have very light coloured labels with white print. Had such trouble while showering to distinguish the body wash from shampoo, 2) please think about providing some lotion, none to be found which is very unusual for hotels, 3) I missed my evening herbal tea. None in lobby or room. Otherwise a great stay. We like this brad of Marriott Hotels will come back.
