The front desk staff are great. I was looking for a more renovated modern feel with the hotel but I didn’t get that. It’s still very dated . Maintenance issues all over the place. I put in a request because our toilet wasn’t working and maintenance didn’t show up til 11 at night as I’m sleeping. We had to leave our room to use the bathroom. My digital check in was supposed to trigger my name on the the tv screen and that didn’t work either. Thankfully I was compensated with extra points and discount on my room rate. Thank you RJ for the snack basket! You have great customer service. And the lady who worked that night she really worked hard to push my service requests through to management .

Absolutely terrible, the Guy RJ was the only person I wanted to talk to but he's young and he did his best. The rest of the were less than accommodating. Asked the breakfast staff what's up with breakfast are you making more? 40 minutes before closing time mind you! She said No breakfast, we'll that's nice. you can't even provide the things until the website provides us with. The elevator sounds like it could die any minute. The Rooms had no wifi and I don't know how many times I smelt Marijuana on the staff. Never ever staying at this Hotel ever again

The guy at the front desk was super helpful even after we had to turn around and get my kids stuffed animal. Rooms were clean and exceptionally nice. They did such a great job at accommodating all our needs. Highly recommend eating the free breakfast! Waffles were something special

So the staff was great when we got in. We got put in a room with a weird door so we swapped rooms, no big deal. Well. My husband and 4 year old are here together and as I’m observing everything the couch has some clearly hardened stained rubbed into it. Ok gross, so we stay off the couch as we’re only here to sleep and not on the couch. The next morning a huge slime ball looking stain appears when the sun hits and I take a look closer…I have only one suspicion as to what it is. I tell the receptionist and he seems less than concerned. Says he’ll give us some points for our rewards. Between that and the couch I’m disgusted. Beyond disgusted. And the “hot water” in the shower was the temp you might bathe a newborn baby in. It was infuriating. We tried multiple times to see if the water was maybe just in high use, no, it never got hot. Combined with the jizz room I am just beyond disgusted and won’t be back.

Positive: Location, location, location! This hotel is within walking distance of MANY restaurants, gas stations, a movie theater, and shopping. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They had genuine smiles that welcomed you every time you enter the hotel. Negative: Nothing. Everything was great!

I gave this property a try as I was driving through and decided to spend a night in Tulsa. I am not a fan of these cookie-cutter properties that often lack personality. My stay was fine. The staff pleasant and the property acceptable. Breakfast was fine, pretty standard for a hotel of this class. Heavy on carbs, prepackaged and prepared foods.

Our checkin was great and the price was right, but the room smells like mildew. The other significant problem is the spotlights that shine on the west side of the hotel. They were shining into our room in spite of the lackluster blackout curtains. Felt like daylight all night long. The breakfast was good, and the front desk was helpful.
Ask for a room on the east side of the hotel if you can.

This hotel was booked specifically for the kiddos who had been on the road for hours. We arrived down at the pool at 8:15pm with the intent to swim until 9:15pm. Just as the kids were about to get in, we were informed that the pool had been shocked and that they couldn't swim for another 45-60 minutes. How hard is it to treat a pool BEFORE guests use it in the morning, or, after it is closed for the night? That clearly would have made too much sense. To say the kids, and as result adults, were disappointed is an understatement. Word of caution if you're looking for a hotel w/pool...call and make sure it's, 1) Open, 2) Hours of operation 3) If ANY maintenance is being planned during your stay, during pool hours.
