I prefer this hotel to others although it is a little farther away from the family we are visiting. The employees are friendly, responsive and helpful. It is more handicap friendly than other hotels in the same chain. there is access to snacks and convenience foods and items. No room service; yet, there is a decent hot or cold breakfast included in the price. There was some construction going on but I didn’t notice it until we were leaving- the front desk and lobby was being dismantled. That gave us a few laughs. Oh, the beds suited us. Slept like a log.

We enjoyed our stay. The service was professional, and the hotel was peaceful. We did go when there wasn't a game, so I can imagine when the cardinals play at home, the vibe may be different.
The bed was comfortable. I would only say the water pressure could be better and the bathroom is a little outdated. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here this week for work and it is beautiful and well kept property. ALL the staff was absolutely amazing!! Everyone one was kind and accommodating! Front desk staff are the best I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. House keeping went well and above also! I won’t stay anywhere else when I come back

From the outside this property looks quite nice. It shares the space with. Residence Inn and has a nice heated pool and a courtyard area that's lit up at night. It's also walking distance from a nice outdoor mall.||Unfortunately everything else about it was terrible! The closet in our room was broken and when I went to open the bathroom door, the handle fell off! Our bed also wasn't very comfortable and the room just felt run down. Breakfast the first day was served downstairs, the space was way too small for the large number of travellers and the offerings were sub par: waffle machine, truly awful eggs and pork sausage. Very limited breads and all very low end. We don't expect miracles with a free Springhill suites breakfast but have stayed at dozens and they are usually much nicer. The second morning breakfast was served at the Residence Inn and was just as crowded and limited.||Very disappointing stay

We stayed here on 1/21/2024 for one night. The hotel feels a little dated, or I should say that some of the furniture needs to be changed, but they have renovated other things. 🙂 The view onto the courtyard was kind of fun! If it wasn't January, I would imagine that it fills up with people doing all those activities.

Nice location and amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room is a nice size and it was clean. The problem we have is the AC has a loud annoying hum. 73 decibels. Had to move to the far bed to try and get some sleep. Last time I experienced a loud AC like this was a Super 8. But that was a dump. Expect better from a place like this.

Positive: Location Negative: They gave me a handicapped room so the shower was level with the bathroom floor and the water ran all over the place. The hallways felt dim and dingy, like I was in an old folks home. Maids would see your Do Not Disturb sign early on and then ignore you.

After abruptly leaving from a horrible experience at Everhome- found myself hotel hunting on this business trip. Blessed to have had TOTAL REDEMPTION upon arrival here. Entire experience has been above and beyond. From impeccably clean rooms and common place areas to the stellar staffing, this hotel has given me a total turn around! I was unable to get the TV to change channels, and service was so prompt and immediately resolved! So many thanks to Jerilyn and Angel from the front desk and all the staff who made this experience great!!
