This hotel is amazing! It’s really quiet, clean and the breakfast is plentiful and filling! The Keurig in the room worked amazingly (had to get cream and raw sugar from downstairs). The staff gave us everything we needed including extra blankets and towels. There was some minor wear and tear in the shower but it was a great experience with good water pressure and temperature. (Room 205). Shoutout to Carlos for being an amazing human who was so kind and gracious.

For the price, this place is 5 🌟stars. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff are friendly, accommodating, and professional. The atmosphere is family friendly and cheerful - family games in the lobby. Best of all, it appears the hotel does not allow pets!
Overall great value and centrally located.

Great hotel. We stayed in the 2 queen with trundle. Nice room. Had a fridge & microwave. Giant closet. There's no clothing drawers though & the bathroom door is frosted so family gets blasted with bathroom light even with door closed. Hated that... overall great. Walmart, a grocery store & an urgent care is walking distance. Restaurants minutes away.

We choose this hotel due to last minute travel changes. The hotel staff were all very nice. The actual hotel itself was ok but needed touch ups here and there to give it a 5 star. I went back and forth on whether to give 3 or 4 stars. I based our whole family review. Breakfast was just ok. Pretty much the same thing every morning (We have stayed at other SpringHill Suites that have much better breakfast). The coffee was good but orange juice was horrible. The room had stained carpet, leaking a/c. The washer didn’t spin clothes so they were very wet when we got done and took several dryer cycles to get dry which meant extra money. We don’t like the frosted doors on the bathrooms in the rooms. When someone gets up during the night the light wakes everyone up.
Overall not a horrible experience but could have been better.

Modern and quiet hotel located close to everything in Flagstaff within a short drive. Nice walk-in closet to store and access luggage. Room is tidy but needs a deep cleaning to remove dust from surfaces. Breakfast included eggs and breakfast protein like sausage or bacon, diy waffles, simple fruit, oatmeal & cereal station, and breads. Overall I really enjoyed the simple and spacious setup. Parking was easy and spaces close to entrances. Multiple wheeled luggage carriers in lobby to assist guests with moving belongings in and out. Overall a convenient hassle free stay! I would return.

Overall, I enjoyed my one night stay here. The room was very large which was great, because I checked in early to organize and relax following a fast-paced trip. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, and it was nice to have Netflix for a quiet evening. Check-in was easy and the young guy at the desk was friendly.|However, I did have some complaints. The end table was very dusty and dirty as if it had been quite awhile since it was cleaned. The couch had some stains or dirt on it. The biggest issue was there was a very large gap under the door to the room. I could fit half my hand under it! This is a major issue for privacy/safety, noise control, and bright light while trying to sleep. When I checked out in the morning, I noticed that the other rooms were like this as well. Yikes!

For clarification I am a solo female traveler so safety a genuinely welcoming staff are paramount in decision for future stays…that being said - Lindsey, Erica, and Madeline are the best faces of this business. To the owners I say that these three and their understanding of my stay are the reason that I would 10000% stay at your location over any others in the city/area. I highly recommend this because of their friendliness and smiling faces even while working to thanksgiving and the night shift…5 stars for everything. Stay here to anyone wondering about all the option in the area; I promise you won’t regret it.

Incompetent and dishonest staff. I cancelled the reservation a week before check in and was told over the phone I would get my full refund back to my credit card. I was managing many reservations and was not sure about the cancellation policy which is why I asked about the refund while I was cancelling. The guy said the money would go back to my card. A month goes by and no refund, so I call and ask about it and they said I wouldn’t get a refund due to the cancellation policy. Even when though the guy had confirmed I would get a refund, they said they will not honor what he said. They eventually said they will look into it and three months later still nothing. I feel lied to. Seems as though you cannot trust their staff and only speak to the supervisor to make sure you get a refund. Beware.
