We came to stay here at this hotel for one night during our spring break getaway to Columbus, and overall, it was a nice experience staying here. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is very clean, fresh and modern, the place seeming to be of newer age. The beds were comfortable, and the suite is very spacious and quiet (other than hearing the loud train noises that pass by from the train tracks next to the building every so often). I especially loved how the toilet and shower areas are separated from each other for better privacy. The free breakfast was pretty good, plenty of flavorful options to choose from plus a good amount of drinks. The staff here are friendly and easygoing, I didn't catch the name of the guy working at the front desk whom we've met when we checked in, he was nice, greeted us warmly and gave us good recommendations on places to visit in the Columbus area. Location is overall very convenient, close to Downtown, the freeway, and lots of restaurants and stores. Will be staying again next time I'm visiting the Columbus area.

Stayed here for one night before touring OSU. Room was large, but we have always hated the location of the bathrooms at any Spring Suites, and this one was no different - split bathroom, with toilet and sink in one and shower and sink in the other - but both are literally right in front of the 2 queen beds, with no lock on the toilet door.||Would have liked to see hot oatmeal offered as part of the morning breakfast, but otherwise the breakfast was OK.||There is a shuttle available to OSU which runs every hour. We didn’t take it, and opted to drive to campus and pay for parking there, as it worked better for the time of our tour.||So many hotel options in the area, so I can’t say that this would be my “go to” place if I were back at OSU, but it’s a good option at a good price.

Checked in to our room and although the beds were made, the room was not clean. Went to use a glass and unwrapped it from plastic bag and it smelt sweet. Looked in glass and there was dried juice or wine, smudges all over glass. Then noted the bedside table was not cleaned. There was also hair all over the bathroom floor and on tub wall.
Went to front desk and asked for a new room, they honored our request and immediately got us settled in.

Other than being on the "train side" of the hotel, our stay was perfect. Room was spotless, plenty of towels, comfortable bed, and helpful staff. The breakfast was hot and offered waffles, scrambled eggs, various breads, sausage, fresh fruits, juices, yogurt, milk, coffee -and breakfast room was clean. Located minutes from OSU, Target, Marshall's Wendy's etc. Would stay again.

Very poor communication amongst staff. Was charged twice for my stay due to staff double booking me and getting information incorrect. Was lied to about hotel room prices. Still trying to get situation taken care of. Very not pleased.

Stayed here recently for one night. Showed up and found out the room we reserved and paid for wasn’t available. It was supposed to be a 2 king bed and instead we had to have a 1 king bed and had to also use the day bed which is very uncomfortable. Asked for extra blankets for the day bed and was given a sheet for a fitted bed and I thin blanket. Overall was a horrible experience and would never stay here again. Don’t stay here

The rooms were very spacious and had a couple of beds. The room was very clean and a great place for 5 or less people to stay. The on bad thing is there are no locks on the bathroom doors so your friends can look at you when your doing your business. This was the only downside to the room.

We stayed here for my daughter’s dance competition last weekend at the convention center. The location was the only good thing about our stay. The sofa was so dirty that we weren’t able to sit or put our clothes on it. There was a team of young adults also staying at the hotel and they were making a lot of noise all night in the halls. When I complained to the front desk, nothing was done. We got no sleep. And when you have a 6 am wake up for a competition, you need sleep. Highly disappointed in our stay and will not stay again
