Front desk (eg Kimberli) went out of her way to greet everyone who entered in a welcoming, personal friendly fashion. It was so refreshing. In the morning a separate woman was equally kind and helpful. Great team here!! Workers were about all day keeping main spaces clean

We were in town for my Dad’s funeral. The hotel provided us the room we needed. One staff member was exceptional-Kimberli Quick. She helped us find a ride to the memorial dinner when we had difficulty getting ann Uber and stayed with my daughter when she ran off upon our return to the hotel until we came inside from looking outside for her. Kimberli was our angel that day!

I’m not a negative person. I have to write a warning about this place. There are many hotels in the area, pick those! Very very dirty, stained couches, the pool was murky and cloudy. There was A layer of film on pool. Honestly just very unsafe. Don’t come for the breakfast. While the lady setting it out was very nice the food is jail food quality. The meat was the lowest quality I’d ever had before. I was bugs running down the hallways. I couldn’t believe how they talk to guests, this is the one that really gets me, because I believe in respect. Cops continually called on guests. You won’t get a good nights sleep because of this. Trying to flex on every single person who walks by. Calling rooms to lecture. Some lady named Monica was dressed unprofessional and giving herself comically large title and scolding guests as they walked through the lobby and calling rooms and hanging up on them. It was alarming that anything would be ran like this. Do not go here! The only perk is the night workers were very polite but they should seek working for a better company.

This is the second time I've stayed at a Springfield hotel previously outside of Harrisburg P.A. this time in Canton Ohio. I had a Christmas party for my 2 grandsons my daughter and there Nana. Two rooms adjacent to each other. They new in advance what my plans were and believe me they treated us wonderfully from the staff at check-in to the pool, breakfast and just the overall respect for my family was above and beyond. I personally would recommend this hotel

Had a great experience here! Room was clean and spacious. Definitely a newer hotel room. Quite hotel. Bed was comfortable. Shower water was nice and hot and great pressure. Staff was friendly. Hotel was safe. Breakfast wasn’t the best but knew that coming in so wasn’t a huge deal when you have a lot of food chains around.

We spend probably 15 weekends per year in hotels, this was maybe the most accommodating staff we have interacted with so far. I asked for a very specific room location and they fulfilled that request. The front desk and cleaning staff was readily available for anything and very polite. The rooms are big, the fridge works well which is rare in hotels, bathrooms are big and the large closet works great for storage as well as a changing area if you need privacy for a minute. It is basically a walk in closet. We have stayed in Canton a few times but never really found a nice place until now, will return to this hotel when we come back next year. Also access to the highway was easy, but still setback away from the traffic on the edge of all the restaurants and shopping.

Everyone was so nice! The rooms are clean, comfortable beds, great water pressure, and a pretty good breakfast selection! I would definitely stay here again
