5 stars is reserved for what I consider very special spots. Spork is one of those spots. It feels very comfortable when you enter and although it may seem busy, the service makes up for any small wait.

You enter the area where a line may form and you find exceptional specials on a board along with a paper menu to browse. The person taking your order also designates a table for your party. A quasi wait to be seated but also order at the counter first, kinda thing.

The amount of food options is nothing short of amazing. Drinks are equally good.

The ingredients are fresh and the presentation is wonderfully appealing. The staff all seemed genuinely happy and the service was perfect.

Loved the interior design and the variety of menu items. The service was great, all employees were friendly and helpful!

Favorite item for us was the Elote (grilled Corn). We also enjoyed the Fried Korean Chicken and Galbi. The shrimp tacos were okay, I’ve had better. But overall, our experience was great. It does get BUSY with long lines so arrive before the rush at 5pm.

We'll stop by again!

Top notch food, atmosphere and the service was so fast. I loved their cactus wallpaper and the way they take inspiration from so many different cultures to create sublime dishes is amazing. It's my first time in Bend and I'll definitely be back if only just to have food at Spork again.

Note: those with nut allergies be aware that coconuts, peanuts and almonds are used in several of the dishes. While almost everything is made in house there are things like the desert where they don't know the processing contamination potential. Everything is labeled really well and when you order they will happily go over the menu with you to tell you what you can and cannot eat. I have an almond allergy so I have a lot of food anxiety, they were awesome about it.

I recently dined at Spork with my wife, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the ambiance was warm and inviting, setting the perfect tone for our evening.
We sat at the bar and started with drinks: the Yuzo Blossom and Spice Queen. Both were expertly crafted, bursting with flavor and creativity. They perfectly complemented our meal.
For appetizers, we indulged in the Burmese Fried Cheese, which was crispy and indulgent, with flavors that left us wanting more.
For the main courses, we tried the Lomo Saltado and the Spice Fried Chicken. The Lomo Saltado was a revelation—one of the best dishes I've ever had. The combination of savory flavors and perfectly cooked ingredients was exceptional. I would gladly give it more than five stars if I could! The Spice Fried Chicken was equally impressive, showcasing a wonderful balance of spice and tenderness.
Overall, our experience at Spork was amazing. Every dish was a delight, and the service was attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience in Bend. We can’t wait to return!

Delicious dinner of the Dan Dan Noodles, one of the rice bowls, and several cocktails. Service was quick, and the food/drinks were very well prepared.

Spork was a great Asian - Mexican fusion Restaurant. Great dishes we had!! Crispy Rice and cosmic Apple Salad-so so fresh with lots of amazing morsels! Also the Korean Spicy Fried Chicken- also delicious and it came with kimchi and rice. Last dish was Dan Dan Noodles with ground pork. Everything was very good!! Get there early’ish if you don’t want to stand in line too long!! Worth the wait!!

A local fav—food is always delicious and I love their ever-changing specials! Ambiance is flexible for a casual lunch or a cute date night—they’re always playing good jams. Spork also has an incredible drink menu and if NA cocktails are your jam, this is the place to be! The Spice Queen and their shrubs are sooo yummy!!! Staff are always kind and engaging. Must visit while you’re in Bend!

Charming little spot with its own flair and good service, but I’m not entirely convinced it lives up to the hype. We tried the spicy fried chic and spicy pork noodles. Unfortunately, the chicken was a bit dry and lacked that crispy texture I was hoping for, and a bit sweet for my palate. The pork patties didn’t have much spice and had a slightly gamey flavor. While the dishes were decent, I wouldn’t make a special trip to return.
