As soon as we walked into our non-smoking room, we get hit with the smell of cigarettes smoke. We are non-smoker so it is very apparent. Then as we are looking We noticed that the floors are absolutely disgusting stuff still on them. Went into the bathroom and there were ashes in the toilet. Burn marks on the tub. The walls in the bathroom and the main room are nasty as well. We bring this to the front counters attention, and I believe it’s the janitor who “cleans” The rooms proceeds to come up, insisting that he cleaned it. He comes in here and states that the walls have stuff on them, but they are about to paint and redo them. Just because you were going to paint does not mean your current guests want to see I don’t even know what on the walls. I see why it’s no refund now. This hotel has to the one of the worst I have ever seen. Do not come stay if your standards of clean are actually clean.

Very clean rooms great staff in a nice area when I go to Griffin this is one of my hotels of choice and I happen to like that they give the choice of smoking rooms so for those that have so much to say about the smoking rooms you need to make sure that you're asking for a non-smoking room they do try to accommodate all everybody has different experiences but my experience was a okay just by looking at some of these people reviews a lot of people being on the same things but I still return back to the establishment

Dirty towels and sheets. I went to sto and brought my own.smelt of smoke.Rooms next door people are smoking right outside of the rooms.
Location was good for races.but over hotels around maybe better

Not clean bugs house keep don’t like to clean up everything on the bed not clean the hotel is for anyone there on the last leg I will never ever go back to this hotel everything cheap is not good read all reviews before you go or do anything they not liars I learned my lesson never ever again

Really I wouldn’t even give it a star. Put a blue light on the sheets and one bed still had blood stains on them in VARIOUS places. They look to be in the process of trying to update the facility but it was outdated. Room was very dusty and smelled of musty and wet cigarette smoke. There were cigarette burn marks all in the shower/tub. Only a couple of small towels for bathing. Towel holder was coming loose from the wall and there were no ice bucket for the ice. Would NOT recommend for the price.

!!!!DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!! I booked this hotel room for 2 nights 12/24 and 12/25 for my family coming from Florida to visit. The room was infested with bed bugs and roaches. The beds and sheets are stained up and there was a bunch of loud people playing loud music in the parking lot. We told front desk who didn't seem shocked at all and said that they have to send videos to the owner before a refund can be issued. My family was so upset they packed up and went back to Florida. Thanks for ruining a Christmas visit. Get your hotel together or get it closed down. It's absolutely DISGUSTING.
