Just checked in, got to my room and that room was occupied by someone else. Perfect way to walk in on someone. Absolutely ridiculous!

Edit: Manager was able to get the situation handled pretty quick. Thank you for the good no hassle service.

Rooms were clean. Breakfast is a skip. Bed sheets and mattress was actually nice. Besides walking into someone else's room, not a bad place to stay.

This hotel has a great pool and friendly staff! It was fantastic for a quick trip! The location is convenient and easy to get to! The staff are really willing to go the extra mile to ensure a positive experience. They were able to accommodate us last minute.

Elijah was the first to greet us. Very personable and helpful. All of the staff were accommodating and hospitable. I had a minor problem in the room, went to the desk and talked to Elijah, fixed right away.
I don’t eat breakfast anyway, so not having hot meals didn’t bother me.
The only negative was there was no dresser drawer in the room, but I managed. Not a big deal at all,

Incredible staff, both in regards to front desk and maintenance team.

The two Erics on staff are some of the best Hilton brand maintenance team members I’ve ever met. Colin at the front desk, as well as the general manager of the establishment, is helpful and dutifully dedicated to guest concerns. All concierge was kind and serious about their hospitality standards.

As for amenities, the coffee is always flavorful and the hot tub is always hot! I loved this hotel and earmarked it for future stays. Go visit this Spark location; you will not be disappointed!

Construction is not done. Digital keys and services don’t work. One room wasn’t ready for us. Staff and service was nice. Room construction is terrible no quality control. Overpaint on everything, doors don’t open close very well. Every tile chipped or cracked in bathroom. Just a cheap build quality all together. Parking lot still full of construction equipment. Should have never opened till done.

I came in to get a room and everyone was extremely helpful and respectful place was clean. Elijah was the one who helped me out and showed me around with the amenities!!

This hotel opened before it was ready. It's not up to Hilton standards. No hot breakfast, yet. No protein at all for breakfast. Advertises electric car chargers but they are not installed, yet. Digital check in and digital keys not set up, yet. Our shower control was installed incorrectly making it extremely difficult to turn on. The room was large but the layout is awkward. It's impossible to watch TV in bed. I spend about 60 night a year in Hilton hotels and the construction quality on this one is poor, especially for being new. One plus - the towels were fantastic.
