I was there for one-night stay from 01/07/2025-01/08/2025. I would want to say great thank you to the two managers on duty in the evening of 07 and the morning of 08. When they heard that I am for the first time in USA and my plan is to visit Grand Canyon, Route 66 they gave me so many good advice that my trip was perfect. I selected the road 87 suggested by the manager in the morning and it was in deed stunning. The breakfast was basic but good enough to start the day fresh and energized, the all-day coffee policy is very nice. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There are restaurants and gas station close to the hotel. I used also the small gym and the gear installed there is very good. Thank you for a great service!

Location was good for us based on where we were going. The rooms were a good size and the people at the desk were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was basically bagels/ muffins/yogurt and a little fruit. Orange juice was empty- took some time to get that refilled- the breakfast bar was lightly maintained- understandable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Great Family Run Property
Seems like a couple generations running it.
They are super awesome hostesses.

The property and rooms were all super nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable.
Only complaint and not really a complaint
Just wished the breakfast had a little more
Like maybe a waffle 🧇 machine.

The Spark hotels by Hilton are new to the chain and this was the first time I had stayed at one. This is a quality, basic hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean - this hotel was just remodeled. The beds were very comfortable. I had a balcony room which was nice. The amenities were basic, but met my needs. The breakfast was a bagel bar with a good assortment of bagels - I like the everything bagels 😊. There were also packaged muffins and yogurt available. They have a nice outdoor pool and hot tub area plus a workout room. I was not looking for a resort hotel, just a basic NICE hotel and this one fully met my needs.

All staff were accommodating. The bed was comfortable, linens were pleasant. i believe even number rooms were street side and traffic noise was present. I would ask for a non street room if I stayed again.
As some mentioned the shower curtain allows water to drip on floor. I pinched the corner by the glass to alleviate the issue, but after exiting the shower the curtain did drip until i positioned it around the rail inside the shower-problem solved-poor design though.
Breakfast as others mentioned, was bagels, some yogurt and muffins packaged in plastic.

Stayed here for a few nights and it wasn’t great at all.

Pros:
Staff who checked us in was very kind and helpful.

Cons:
This place isn’t Hilton standard at all. They slapped some newer finishes over an old motel and are trying to pass it off as nice when it isn’t.
The hotel smells bad, the carpets in the hall are dirty, our shower was grimey, flooring in the bathroom/sink area was old and stained, the a/c unit put off a lot of dust so our allergies were terrible.
The tv remote barely worked half the time. The guests next to us were yelling and screaming down the hall, walls are thin and there was some sketchy activity going on in the side parking lot of the hotel. I didn’t feel safe or comfortable here in any way.
The coffee that is offered downstairs looks like thick muddy water, no lie. It was disgusting so I made daily trips to Starbucks instead. The extended bagel bar in the morning offered no nutritional food.
The garbage out front was always over flowing and there was garbage in the parking lot that never got picked up until I picked it up and threw it away because I was sick of looking at it.
This hotel is a motel at best. It’s not worth the price and I would never stay here again. Patel Cartel needs to step their game up.

All the staff was very courteous.
Surprised Hilton would put their name on this property. Vinyl flooring in the room leaves bare feet feeling dirty. All the furnishings were cheap laminate material. Very noisy water sounds from other rooms. Thermostat clicked on and off all night. Not up to what I expected to be associated with Hilton.

Staff is very helpful, friendly, and easy to reach.
Rooms are nice, clean and feel new.
Bathrooms are new and clean.
Breakfast is bagels, yogurt, and watered down orange juice.
The reason I have 4/5 stars is the little unrefined things that separate this from a traditional Hilton. They maybe should be expected from a lower priced hotel. Door deadbolt that is sticky and hard to use, shower curtain that allows water to spray onto the bathroom floor, walls/ceiling so thin that you hear every step the people above you take.
Bring ear plugs if you don't want to be woken up by the sound of hooves walking above your head.
Overall it was a positive stay.
