We are so glad we chose Southwestern Weddings and Events! Casey, our wedding coordinator, was so friendly, detail oriented (without stress), professional, and helpful. Everything went so smoothly and her set up of our decor was fantastic. Wendy helped us plan the menu and we loved all the food- but especially the short ribs! The presentation was great and everyone loved the Artisan Table and passed hors d'oeuvres. Our bartender was good and kept up with the demand. The highlight was their staff member Ray. He brought added energy and fun to the reception and everyone loved watching him work. You won't regret choosing them to help with your event!

Our first impression was that of an open and airy dining area, lots of windows and and outside patio area that will be perfect for the kids, as well as us, as summer arrives. The staff was very pleasant and our wonderful server Sherry was fantastic. Each meal has its unique appeal and everything we ordered was cooked perfectly and served hot from the grill. Unfortunately I was only able to think to take a picture of the salad but here it is in all of it glory... as well as some art in the back room. 😁

We are thrilled we chose Southwest Wedding Catering for our wedding at Agave of Sedona! The food was delicious and perfectly complemented our Southwest theme. The garlic mashed potatoes were a standout favorite. All our guests were impressed with the quality and quantity of food provided, and the pricing was very fair. Wendy maintained excellent communication throughout, and the waitstaff and bartenders were exceptional. Highly recommend!

One of the easiest decisions for our wedding was choosing Southwestern Weddings & Events as our caterer, and we did not regret it! We received so many compliments on the food (especially the short rib!), and the team was very easy to work with. It was so nice not to have to worry about anything food/drinks related on wedding day - we just got to enjoy it all! Many thanks to Jon, Wendy, and Casey for their hard work.
