I book a 2 bed room on Saturday 15 at 12 at night and didn't check in till 1 at night. The motel won't let me stay the night and didnt refund me so me and my family had to sleep in my car in Bend oregon during a snowstorm. Worst motel I've ever been to.

Fantastic fridge! Great people! Great service! My friend and I stayed at this place last minute and the guy at the front desk was kind and helpful. We are two girls and I get cautious at hotels especially at night, but I did not feel endangered at all! The rooms were cute and well maintained. This was the comfiest sleep I’ve had at a hotel in a long time! Prices were beyond reasonable — I’d be happy to stay here again!

Completely run down don’t do it the rooms are nasty they stick the guy at the front end is short and does not want to answer questions all night there’s ppl roaming around definitely lock up your vehicle

I had a great experience here! My room was very reasonably priced, very clean and very quiet. Parking right next to my front door. The room was cozy and the bed was amazing. I'll be back!

came in my room to “clean” while I was gone..only made the bed, I didn’t ask for room service so it’s kind of an uncomfortable situation especially considering the fact that my suitcase went missing on the property from out of my car…has a weird smell that you start to get used to. There’s always a random bed or coffee table outside on the sidewalk which makes it look tacky. Wifi is terrible. The owners are nice on the other hand.

I think this is the best cheap motel in town. Have stayed here twice, good experiences both times. Clean rooms, helpful owners, they were very helpful with a special request I had at the last visit. Everything works.
Negatives? Well, nearly everything works - the tv remote on which every button seemed to "double tap" when you pressed it? Clearly it wasn't a big deal because I didn't mention it to the owner. The bathroom had no vent fan which left it really steamy, but again not a big deal.
The deposit they request is just that; a deposit. It gets refunded / credited after your stay - no big deal.
I'd stay there again for sure.

The owner was very friendly and accommodating; room was cozy with inviting furnishings and comfortable beds, and the bathroom and shower were great as well. Very pleasant experience all-around!
