It’s a decent spot tucked (oddly) in a strip mall location. Walkable to a bunch of shopping and restaurants. A more affordable option than most of the other places nearby. Rooms are a bit dark and dated. Not the best; not the worst.

The hotel was relatively okay. I would recommend not buying the breakfast option as they don’t provide many options. It’s not a breakfast buffet but mainly two choices of food (that are frozen and they just reheat it for you) or yogurt. Additionally be careful cause they will promise you things and change their responses. My colleague and I wanted to split room costs and we were told we can during check-in and later on during checkout we were informed that we couldn’t. So be aware as they will lie to your face directly.

I'd definitely return to this place in the future. It's not a destination location - but we stayed here while visiting family. Easy parking - pet friendly and although they have a breakfast (additional cost) I suggest doing what we did and eat at the mall - easy walking distance.

This hotel will nickel and dime you every chance they get. I arrived before the posted check in time and I never expect a room will be ready/available but I always ask. My room was available and I was told I could check in early for a $20 fee, otherwise I could wait three hours until the posted check in time. When I spoke to Antoinette the asst general manager, she told me I could wait until 2pm in the lobby and then she could waive the fee, but that the fee was policy. It’s unbelievable to me that collecting an extra $20 from a guest is more important to them than providing an excellent hospitality experience for guests. The hotel itself and the room are perfectly fine, but nothing special. The staff weren’t rude, but just had poor customer service skills and I can’t recommend anyone stay here given their “policy” of charging you for anything they can.

Loved this find on my last-minute, weekend winter getaway from home. Located in the vibrant Biltmore nrighborhood, 10 min from the airport, safe, super walkable neighborhood. Alexa, Nikita and Matthew at the front desk were very professional, friendly and eager to help me with all my questions avout the area. Highly recommend this property for a short or long stay. Looking forward to coming back.

One of the bedside outlets didn’t work, the mini fridge didn’t work or stay remotely cold, and I couldn’t control the temperature in my room because the thermostat wouldn’t go below 72°. TV was tiny, and there was no room cleaning service available during stay. You can request new towels but they won’t change your bedding. Hand sink water was also unbelievably hot. One of the dresser drawer handles fell off when I opened it.

Hotel Door wouldn't lock, patio covered in bird poop and heater didn't work. Don't recommend risking the money. Hotel would not give a refund.

I would say that this hotel puts lipstick on a pig with their dated rooms, though that would be an understatement and also wouldn’t be fair to a pig or lipstick.

The beds are extremely hard for starters: they found the cheapest/worst quality mattresses possible. I’ve literally not slept on a more uncomfortable and lower quality mattress before and I have traveled extensively for the past 25 years.

The worst part of this hotel is the cleanliness and pervasive stench: the rooms smell of a mix of chemicals and pet odor. The bathroom was disgusting with stains in the bathtub and a shower curtain that looked like it had not been replaced in years. I found a used toilet paper roll in the bathroom, next to a large hair (not mine) which was also next to some grime. I’m not sure whether the burning in my nose and throat in the bathroom is from mold or from any of the other competing odors in the room.

The standards of upkeep/cleaning for this hotels’ rooms simply are abysmal. There seems to be no amount of dirt, grime, or stench that would cause them to take action. I asked the front desk if my experience was typical of the rooms and she said it was.

I could go on about how rather than update the thermostats in the room they just put a sign to use the cheap wall hvac units (which also sound to be on their way out and don’t maintain a set temperature.. Or I could mention how there are soft spots on the floor under foot (stepping on who knows what), mention that the bed sheets were dirty, or many other things; it is simply an extremely run down hotel in a nutshell.

I couldn’t recommend staying here in good conscience.
