Our first time here and I’m truly surprised at how good this place is! There is an inside seating area, even though it’s looks tiny from the outside. Thankfully the place we wanted to eat was closed. This is one of the few places, other than fast food, opened on Sunday. I had the loaded baked potato with pulled pork, super cheap and BIG. I added some delicious coleslaw and a hot link. My husband had the meat lovers plate. He was able to try ever meat! He said next time he will just get the ribs, he liked them the best. The waitress was super friendly and kept our drinks full the entire time. There was a salad at another table that looked delicious. I will have to try it some day. We had a fried pie for desert, the Reese’s flavor is amazing! I highly recommend it. We look forward to our next visit!

Wow! Ate the Flame Thrower and the Carolina Pulled Pork sandwich. Both were VERY yummy. The staff was absolutely lovely and caring while we were there. Worth going out of your way to get to.

I spontaneously stopped here to see what they had, so happy i did!! the Ribs are moist and a perfect ratio of tenderness and bite! the young lady at the desk that took my take out order perfectly polite and helpful in helping me decide what to get. overall Al great experience!! you're all doing it right! thank you!

Totally worth the walk from the Flying J truck stop. As of now this is the best bbq I've ever had. The sliced brisket and ribs are perfectly smoked and juicy. The meat falls of the ribs and the brisket falls apart as soon as you touch it. The meat's are full of flavor and perfectly seasoned too. Btw the potato salad and baked beans are delicious and complement the smoked meats too. 😋

Two growing boys on their way to Dallas from Kansas City, both of them miles away from their mama’s and starving. Being tech savvy lads they use the “Googles” in search of a tasty bite and stumble across Smoke Ring BBQ. Cautiously the two make decision the stray from their Kansas City bbq ...

By their surprise, they were both beyond pleased with their 2 meat bbq dinners! The first boy devoured his brisket, smoked sausage, macaroni salad, and potato salad. The second made his way through his brisket, chicken, and two sides of slaw. Lucky for them the staff was friendly and didn’t pass judgement on their less than classy eating habits!

So, what’s the moral of this story? If you like good bbq, good prices, and good people you should stop!

Pulled in 15 minutes before they closed and it was no problem at all. Split the three meats plate and had chopped brisket, pulled pork, and the hot links. For sides we did Cole slaw, potato salad, and also paid extra to try the noodle salad. Everything was super tasty and no frills. Delicious meats and sides cooked well with real friendly service. If you are passing through you won't be disappointed.
