We stayed two night and the first night went great. But the second night didn't go too well. This hotel needs to buy more pool towels, when I went to ask for pool towels I get told they have no more, what kinda hotel doesn't have much pool towels. So we ended up walking back to our room soaking wet and cold while tracking water all over floors and carpet. Which the floors stay wet until they dry on their own, because not once the whole time I was there did someone clean the floors up. The pool room does get steamy, and the chlorine burns your eyes. The breakfast potatoes need cooked/microwave more so it's not hard to eat. Also people like orange or apple juice, so if your machine is out of order, might wanna look into having other options. It was very loud at 11:30 at night in the hallways. So had trouble sleeping, hotel workers didn't seem to care. Next time it snows, it wouldn't hurt to clean entrance a little better.

Excellent staff! Very friendly. I really appreciated being greeted with a smile and they always asked how everything was going. My room was perfect! Comfortable bed, room was clean, continental breakfast was setup by 6:00. New owners did everything to make my stay a pleasant experience! Big highlight of the room was 55 inch TV it was so cool i got to watch football match.

The room was alright, however there was no handicap parking in the front of the hotel. The elevator was not working when we arrived, however it was repaired and functioned after the first day. The breakfast was quite good, and had a variety, the eggs were a bit watery, but overall things were good. The bed and sheets were alright, and overall it was not a bad experience, however we are unlikely to return for many small things adding up overall. There are just better places for less or the same money!

I stayed here a month ago! The room was clean,but the feel of the carpet an smell waking up to Congestion I strongly felt the carpet needed cleaning! The Staff was amazing very helpful every shift. The food was good prepared with love !I stayed 5 days ! Your right next to the transit station if you want to leave your car behind for the day! The showers are small ,but I'm blessed to be small enough were it didn't matter! Always coffee an great organic package of tea in the lobby! Only thing that bugged me is the carpet an me having to leave my room so they could install a new flat screen television for you! And the renovation going on my last 1 1/2 day! The stay was pleasant and I felt secure even when coming in from visiting late! Owners/ Mangers were kind 😊

The beds were hard. The ac didn't blow air. For a no smoking facility The Marijuana smoke waa strong enough to give my small children a contact high. Upon arrival i was informed that my pre-paid nonrefundable room required a $100 deposit. I could not take the room without the deposit. It felt like extortion. Policy also said it would take 10 days for the deposit to be returned. The pros. Rooms were clean, shower had plenty of pressure and hot water Breakfast was good. Restocking was slow but there were 3 softball teams present.

Very run down. Breakfast was inedible. I went to McDonald's instead. The whole place looks worn. The air-conditioning barely worked. I will make sure to never stay there again.

The hotel was clean which is a big deal to me. The room was nice. We stayed in a double full size bed room. They are going through upgrades, but are making an effort to not inconvenience guests. The breakfast was good with a good amount of variety. We stayed 3 days. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would stay here again.

Positive: Was clean, staff was friendly Negative: 1st room the AC didn't work at all. Had to move rooms, nice about it put me in a handicap room. It very noisy (ac units out side the window), toilet handle was broke. Had to jiggle it so it was stop running. Outlets bathroom burned out. Sketchy area.
