Super clean and the front desk staff, Gina, was super nice. Breakfast was really good. I would even venture to say the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. The pool and spa were also very clean and kept up. The parking lot was also very clean.

I love SleepInns, their beds are the most comfortable. Big room with energy saving light that uses your room key to power. The shower doors had a slight gap though and water would spray out, but they have sndalwood shampoo and conditioner.

The breakfast was awesome, with kind staff. Pancake maker you wave your hand in front it. Gluten free cookies. Amazing potatoes.

We had to stay an extra night. Rechecking was very easy the lady up front Gina was amazing. She's so funny and she made our day by putting his right in front of the pool.

She was also quick to get his checked in yesterday You looking for a place to sleep that's got good customer service stop by the sleep inn suites... Tell Gina Lucky Wash sent ya 🍀

Have to leave your card in a slot on the wall for lights to work, charge electronics ect.
Want to enjoy the hot tub after dinner and gambling, it closes at 10 👎 could be a nice place to relax after the casino but that's when the pool room closes, ridiculous.

We had an awesome two-night stay at the Sleep Inn & Suites Chiloquin-Crater Lake Junction. The hotel is spotless, and the staff is incredibly helpful—like having personal concierges with a PhD in local knowledge! They were super knowledgeable about the history of the Klamath, Modoc, and Yahooskin Tribes (and by the way, they’re not on a reservation). They even gave us insider tips on Crater Lake, from the best scenic spots to park ranger activities.||Breakfast? Delicious, and it comes with a side of helpful info! The staff explained everything like pros—I'm pretty sure they could lead a Crater Lake tour if they wanted to!||Overall, clean, friendly, and culturally enriching. Plus, supporting the tribes while staying here? Total win-win! Highly recommend!

Front desk people were very nice. It's fairly new so the rooms are still nice. Hotel is owned by the "casino" though. They sent two security guards to tell me I couldn't sit in an area outside the hotel where no signs were posted saying I couldn't sit there. They then stood there watching me until I left. The guards weren't jerks, just doing what they were told. Provide some areas outside for people to sit.

Okay, 59 and have been around the block a bit (professional pilot).
Front Desk: Miss Gina did a great job managing check-in with a line. Great attitude and always a "Good morning."
Rooms: small, clean, in good condition.
B'fast: This is where the three stars occurs I feel. We stayed here for several nights (aviation fire crew) and a few observations: coffee is not the first thing put out. The coffee from the evening is left out as the powdered eggs, real bacon, sausage , biscuits & gravy are put out. I sat there for an hour, waiting for fresh, hot coffee that never appeared.
Now I love coffee, and I don't expect everyone else to think like me, but I would appreciate a thought process.
Food: The Casino or the truck stop. If there is a fire in the area anticipate the truck stop deli/food section to look like a claymore went off because there will be HUNDREDS of fire fighters visiting it.
This is a convenient hotel on the 97.
