I never do this, but I think people deserve to be warned! Aside from the excellent customer service we received, this hotel has NO redeeming qualities. I traveled here with my team of 24 college students for an event. We had called ahead to ask and were told there would be bathtubs in every room because I had kids who needed to make weight for their competition - there were no bathtubs in any rooms. Management offered to give us 2 suites at regular price, so we at least got 2 bathtubs. In addition, the hot tub was "down for maintenance" the entire 4 nights we stayed. Night one I woke up covered in bites and discovered a huge bed bug in my bed. When I went downstairs to show pictures/video, I found the front desk attendant sleeping soundly. I had to make a loud noise to wake him. They offered to move me rooms and comped one night. When I moved to my second room, I opened the fridge to find some very old, very smelly Chinese takeout. There was also a huge wad of someone else's hair under the sink in my bathroom. The hotel itself is in pretty bad disrepair. The outside and lobby look to be newly renovated, but that's about the extent. Carpets were torn and stained in several places. There was a broken window in the hallway on the 3rd floor and railings looked to be torn off the walls in the elevator. Our final night, one of my kids found a mouse had been in her room - droppings everywhere and a hole eaten through a loaf of bread she had. I hate leaving reviews like this when the customer service was actually good, but you can't put lipstick on a pig. This hotel needs some MAJOR maintenance and to fix their rodent/bug issues with bed bugs/mice and to make sure housekeeping cleans each room thoroughly. This whole experience added a ton of stress to an already stressful weekend.

Our room was not thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. There was a what we believed was a mushroom and a stain on the wall where it appeared to have been thrown and landed on the floor. There were stains all over the carpet most likely due to this being a pet friendly hotel and it doesn't seem like the carpets are shampooed on a regular basis. Some of the towels had hair in them. Yuck. The hallway carpet had pet hair everywhere. The elevators were filthy both days of our stay. We had to tip toe over sticky floors. The elevator down button was broken but no sign was posted and we had to learn this information from another traveler. The breakfast was decent with bread options, sausage, biscuits, gravy, cereal, eggs, waffles and yogurt among other items. However on the last day of our stay they ran out of plates and told us that the food was available but we would have to find our own plates. The staff we encountered were young females who did not seem to have much experience in professionalism and lacked enthusiasm about their workplace. The walls are thin in this hotel and you can hear every conversation and footstep coming from outside your room. The location of the hotel is great because it has easy access to the highways and is positioned right in the middle of OKC. I think you get what you pay for and I think this hotel was cheap and good enough for sleeping and showering while visiting Oklahoma.

I changed my reservation to MainStay due to the kitchenette option. 1st room I was assigned, which was not good. I killed a bug as soon as I opened the door, and I think housekeeping forgot to finish cleaning. I spoke with Agent Sarah, and she immediately checked me into another room. Room 417 was spotless and smelled good as soon as you walked in. The views were amazing, and even though it's close to the train tracks, I never heard the train. Oklahoma has high winds, and you sure could hear it being on the 4th floor, and the vents in the room rattled most of the night. The beds are comfortable, and they give you tons of pillows. Breakfast was good, and coffee was hot. You are less than a mile from bricktown and a little further from I40.

I booked a week here to assist my special needs son. He didn't need my help so I was "stuck" here alone. As a native NYCer, I never knew OK was cold/icy. I make stuff work, so I hung out with my laptop (free wifi). and TV. The rooms were clean. They maintain well. Great fitness center. Free breakfast very popular with guests. Hotel was full, yet fairly quiet. In light of fact I had to spend the week here alone, it was quite comfortable. Good value. ||Front desk was very pleasant. I love the young energy they bring. These young people are naturally suited to hospitality industry. My heater malfunctioned Saturday evening. It was 25 degrees out, but Sarah at the front desk single handedly resolved the issue. That BLEW ME AWAY. It was a miraculous save. I am IMPRESSED.

This was our second stay here. The first time the thermostat wasn't working and the shower stall door wouldn't close. The second time was worse. In room 125 the sink was leaking. First we noticed a puddle on the floor, in the morning there was standing water on the vanity itself. This greatly interfered with my ability to bathe and get ready in the morning. I do not recommend this place. It looks brand new and obviously was not adequately inspected before opening.

We stayed here twice during our recent road trip from South Dakota to Arizona; once on the way there and again on the way home. On the first stay, the air conditioner/heater was not working. It was turned off, but turning it on activated the remote thermostat, which failed to control the unit but also disabled the controls on the unit itself. It was freezing overnight so the room was uncomfortably chilly. I also needed an iron but it was missing from the room. Despite this we decided to book again for the return trip, because the beds are comfortable and we figured this was an isolated incident. However, on our second stay the bathroom sink was leaking all over the bathroom floor, resulting in standing water, and inexplicably even the counter was covered in water overnight, getting our toiletries wet. Although the shower worked, the bathroom sink was unusable, but we were tired so we made do. Both times we reported the issues to the front desk upon checkout. They seemed to make a note of the issues, but we received not so much as an apology, much less any kind of discount on our current or future stay. For us to get two different rooms on two separate stays that both had major issues makes it likely that other rooms have issues as well. I feel like someone should inspect the place top to bottom to identify any other issues. We will choose a different hotel on our next visit.

My daughter and I decided to stay at Sleep Inn because it was close to our 5k racing event (Go Girl Run). Not only was it convenient, but a safe, quiet place to reside. The service, breakfast, and parking were excellent! We will return!!πŸ˜Žβ€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

By far the worst experience and stay I have ever encountered. They charged the wrong card and somehow that was my fault, their housekeeping doesn’t know how to read and will barge into your room regardless if the DO NOT DISTURB IS OUT!!!! The front desk clerk(not sure how she has a job) will be openly rude to you because she has no customer service what so ever.
