Great value. Clean. It's indoor access hotel so it feels safer, not outdoor-access motel.

I was concerned with the lower reviews and low cost, but pleasantly surprised by this hotel.

I stayed here because I wanted to use my Choice points and they had by far the best value. I was not expecting much, but all the essentials were very good. Everything was clean, good bed. Fast internet. Staff were friendly. Basic breakfast, furniture, and fixtures, but I wasn't expecting more.

The hotel was okay. The only complaint I have is that in the morning at 8:00 a.m. when we went to get breakfast, it was pretty much all gone.

Positive: I was on a long-distance trip...used this hotel as a brief stopover. It was clean and in quick access to the freeway Negative: Did not see many nearby shopping or food places. that were within walking distance.

The location was scary hidden.
When we checked in the service was rude, as we walked in to the room we saw the old stained carpet. Stained almost like dry blood on certins lamps were broken and bathroom was very dirty. We walked right back out and asked for a refund. We were denied the refund so kept insisting since I had paid for 2 days. He argued so I asked for a manager he said he was the manager. After a while of arguing he said u can talk to the manager and see what I can fldo but until tomorrow. So I left with no refund in hopes it would get settled. I ended up going to another Fairfield with no problem just 20 bucks more way better place with pool and great breakfast. I called the next day like he asked and said the manager wasn't there , I said I thought you said you were the manager 🤔...horrible place dirty

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! My vehicle was broken into. Bad part of town. They will lie to you and say they have security. They do not. Horrible breakfast only waffles and they only have one waffle maker so your waiting awhile with the amount of people also waiting to make a waffle. Soon as you pull up you just know this is going to be a bad hotel and no surprises it is.

Housekeeping workers are nice, friendly and helpful, but they are the only ones who are. My biggest complaint out of the 3 or so I've had here is that my 5yr old son and I spent 3 days with a clogged toilet and couldn't get any help, it was clogged from the moment I checked in and reported the issue to the front desk 3 or 4 times and they never sent anyone. Maybe I should of complained more but I shouldn't of had to. I ended up having to go find a toilet plunger and plunge it myself. There is 1 gentleman who works the front desk who was friendly, but the rest just do not care. Expect to fix your own issues should any arise, expect to have any requests for help or service ignored. They are almost twice as expensive as the 3 other motels nearby, but you are paying for lipstick on a pig.

I go because I have a choice privilege membership and you earn rewards. So if you have a membership it's a decent place.
