We were in room 118. The room itself is not bad except for a few minor cosmetic issues. The floor does not have any carpet which is fine however, it has to be mopped. Our feet were black from walking on the floor. We brought to the attention during checkout the fact that a towel and a washcloth was placed in our room that was stained. Pictures are attached. It is completely unacceptable to place a towel or a washcloth in a guest room and that condition! The smell of smoke/marijuana has to be addressed. The description states that they offer a hot breakfast. If that means instant oatmeal, instant grits, waffles, and bread that you can toast, I guess they have complied. Every place has always offered at least some kind of protein. Scrambled eggs/omelettes, sausage/bacon, etc. The property really is not that bad however management/the owners need to address these issues and it could be a great place to stay for a great price. The location is excellent easy on off the highway. There is a Cracker Barrel in walking distance from the hotel.

We stopped for a night on our way to New Orleans. It wasn’t BAD…the staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, but it definitely needs improvement. The floors are not carpet in the rooms. They’re some sort of vinyl planks and they weren’t really clean. I’m sure it’s impossible to keep everything off of them but you had to dust your feet off every time you climbed in the bed. There is NO ELEVATOR, which is awful when you have a bad back and large luggage. Carpet in hallways was stained. One of our towels was stained. Luckily we had three. Breakfast was minimal. Waffles, toast, bagels, yogurt, boiled eggs, cereal or oatmeal. Nothing special. The price was decent for overnight, but I doubt we would stay again.

This place is disgusting. As we were walking down the hall to our room, we were horrified. There was trash all down the hall and the floors were gross. The room floors were so dirty my husband's feet were black after walking on them for a few minutes. I refused and wore shoes the entire time. The sheets seemed clean but the comforter was covered in stains. The bathroom was dirty and the sink basin was broken. The shower leaked. I refused to put any if my stuff in the bathroom. The only reason we stayed was because we were exhausted and had already paid. Bed was ok but I slept fully dressed. The room and entire hotel also smelled. The AC didn't work either. It was very humid in the room. They had a chair in the room but it was shoved in a hole between the bed and wall. We also needed a handicap accessible room and my mother couldn't use the toilet without assistance. The girl at registration was nice but that is the only good thing I can say about this place. Do not stay here!

Positive: The bed was nice Negative: The staff interrupted an argument me and my girlfriend were having at 2pm and it was not loud. They just heard because of house cleaning and they kicked us out without asking for us to calm down or giving a warning!! Noone complained and NO refund!!!!!!!

We stayed here after the initial hotel we wanted was booked. We stayed on the second floor. I'm not sure if there is an elevator at this hotel or not. I felt like the floor was warped or not level. I felt like I was going to fall through to the first floor. Bed wasn't comfortable. The worst thing for me was the coffee pot in the bathroom next to the toilet. I could not get past that. That is so disgusting and unsanitary on so many levels. I would definitely not stay here again.

Didn’t manage to take pictures this time but it was a great weekend get away with my family. Very clean and neat bed is very soft and the rooms had a nice set up. The only thing was that the room had an ironing board but no iron. They served breakfast every morning. The house maid were very nice and caring

Treated as if you are disposable
I was not able to convey my message to the cleaning crew. I informed them that I was sleeping during the day , as I was working nights, being in town for work.
Instead of avoiding excessive noise, they have slammed doors, and equipment nonstop. Their attitude towards me was in tandem with the manager’s attitude towards my concerns. Clearly they are under the impression that no matter what they do their position at the hotel is untouchable, and therefore they acted abusive towards me, knowing that moving to another hotel would’ve been very uncomfortable and cumbersome for me.
Tameka not only made a mistake in my account overcharging me, but she refused to open the front door for me, making me walk to the back door in the cold temperature and at night.
So that is the treatment you get at this hotel. To them the visitors are disposable.
