Debra is very kind. I booked the room around 6pm. I was in the car driving from JAX. We arrived to the sleep in around 10:30pm. A friend contacted us to if we wanted to stay at a giant 7,000 sq ft home with horses. We received this message as soon as i put the car in park at the sleep inn. I walk inside the sleep inn. I look to the left and there stood Debra. I walked over to the counter i explained to her my story. She tried her best to see what she could do in the moment. With it being late she said "Were gonna have to wait until tomorrow to see if we can cancel this room with no fee. Ill need to speak with the manager." I decided to eat the first night fee and go to the big house. I made my way to the exit door of the sleep in. As i came closer to the exit I looked back to tell Debra have a good night. She was already helping more people. I got in my car, headed for the horse farm, arrived at 11pm, and went to sleep. I woke up the next morning and my fee was waived!! I received the free cancelation. The sleep inn is on our team.

The rooms are pretty standard, but the staff is exceptional! Traveled with my service dog and the entire staff was phenomenal about it. Also, I actually loved the pillows— how often can any of us say that about hotel pillows?!

Terrible accommodations, filthy room smelling like smoke and vomit. Booked for my son on hotel.com. Bedbugs were everywhere. Management Yvonne Durant (who refuses to speak with me), claimed that they had used the shower and they were charged the full night despite my complaints and despite the fact they left within 5 minutes. Would not give this hotel one star; it is a blight on Peachtree City - multiple code violations.
