Where do I begin, the positive reviews on here are fake. Do not believe them. I booked a room for two days to ride out some storms rolling through. The room was tiny, and when I say tiny, the bed barely fit. OK, so the room is small, all right. I tried to turn the lights on, only one light worked, and it buzzed like it was about to explode. The bathroom light didn't work. I tried to plug in my phone charger but NONE of the outlets worked. There were a total of three outlets in the room. One of them was just bare wires. One of them did not work. The only one that worked had the TV plugged into it but the bottom outlet, in that outlet, didn't work. The TV... It was a first generation flat screen, smaller than a 32', like a bulky computer monitor. The remote didn't work so I used the power button. The screen was damaged and had lines all through it was would glitch out constantly. Only basic cable would come in and only half the screen worked. The other half was covered in big blocky Spanish Sub-Titles that covered everything. I found the menu buttons on the TV and tried to turn them off but all of the menu items were in Spanish. I don't speak Spanish. Also they lie, there is NO fridge and NO Microwave in the rooms. I brought that up with them and they told me, "Oh, if you want a fridge and microwave, then you need to pay for two weeks and then we'll give you a room with a fridge and microwave." I had already booked and paid for two days at this point. The room was a depressing yellow color but not from paint, but from years of cigarette smoke on the walls. Roaches... EVERYWHERE. I put all of my stuff back in the car for the night. I laid down on the bed and got up itching for the next two weeks. I didn't stay the second night, I went and got another hotel in the area. DO NOT under any circumstances, stay at this hotel. Im not rich and I don't mind roughing it, I don't care, been poor all my life, but this place is worse than spending a night under a bridge. Like for real... If you don't believe me, then just book a room. I lasted a whole night, let me know if you last longer. Fake replies from the hotel fake accounts dont count. This place is expensive as well. You are better off at Mirco-tel or ANY other hotel in the area. DO NOT STAY HERE.

We was charged $183 for a smoking room for 2 nights! We took our stuff to the room and went to Quitman to visit family. We got to the room and was sitting there and we see roaches on the wall. My husband killed about 15 roaches in about an hour and a half. He also took pictures of all the roaches and nasty stuff on the headboard! We couldn't take it no more and we found a different place to stay. We DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!

This is by far the worst motel I have ever stayed in . Room was dirty, smelled horrible, and good lord the roaches were unbelievable. The staff or owners were just as rude as could be. If u just want to give your money away, give it to someone that needs it and sleep in your car, take my word u will be much happier and won’t b taking any unwanted guests home with you!

If we could those would be a below 0000 rating. Beware!!! Stay Away if possible!! U will realize as soon as u walk in. They have it set up to steal ur money. First no smoking a 250$ fine taken off ur card. Whn u open door the smell frm what ever has been applied to room to get dope and cigarette smell out will knock u down it made my throat, lungs and nasal passages burn. I or we weren’t in room 20-30 min and we felt the effects all knight. They do this thn take 250! Off ur card whn u leave because u smoked in rm. it smells as if u did so how u prove u didn’t? TV’s are broken some whr u look and c, I’ll b charged for that 175$ and on and on. It is a true Indian as in India set up.

The location is in a pretty good part of town where it's right next to a lot of places and stores but the rooms were absolutely disgusting. Our room was upstairs and whenever we opened our door it was hot and musty smelling, the air conditioner hadn't been turned on in a while and when we did turn it on it took almost an hour just to get it to be almost bearable to stand in, the shower curtain and the bathroom had mold in it and now me, my husband, and our 5 year old are all sick congested and can't breathe hardly, and the wifi was so janky that we could barely watch TV or use our cellphones unless we were standing outside and pretty much halfway to Walmart before we could use our service. The bed was so beaten down and just completely messed up that if you laid on it it would dip to the right to where it was uncomfortable and hard to lay on. There was no microwave or refrigerator or anything in the room or any kind of soaps, shampoo, conditioner, etc. In the bathroom either. The clean up person was very helpful and sweet and tried to do the best he could but all in all we will NOT ever rent from this place again. It was not worth it at all.

We stopped here on our way to the Florida keys, we had been driving all day and were very tired and just looking for a place to sleep for the night. The price was reasonable for me, my wife and dog but we found we had more than just the three of us in the room. The place was infested with roaches. I killed at least a dozen. Stay away, far, far away. Plus they did not accept pets so we left our little dog in the car in his kennel. When we get home we will leave our bags outside for a week in case we have any unwanted guests that tagged along. I have a video that I took of the dozens of filthy mattresses that they had lined along the fence.

I had issues the whole time I was there… from dirty sheets, the room stunk, the shower curtain was half up, & I even saw a roach……. My AC wasn’t working properly and the people in the office did nothing but thankfully after two trips down there.. I actually met the maintenance man outside who I guess lives on the property who took things into his own hands and fixed the problem for me. He was very nice & did not brush me off like the owners/office people. He was not even on the clock when this occurred but still was more than happy to help. Still won’t be staying there again due to the management.
