I stayed here a month ago for 3 days. On the first floor rooms are nice. 2nd floor rooms need work but you can tell they are trying to make this a nice place.
This is my 2nd visit and
my issue is the deposit that's required. I reserved 2 rooms prior to leaving on a 10hr drive to Tulsa. I called ahead and said my daughter will be arriving late with 3 small children and I asked if they could help get them checked in and put the $100 room deposit on my card or atleast put a hold on it so they could get into the room and get kids to bed. Spoke to the manager - female with personality of a brick, assuming it's Gurpreet Kaur. Her reply is "it's policy" They don't make exceptions and they don't take cards over the phone. Keep in mind, I was willing to provide any and all info needed to secure a transaction on my end. I was able to make the cash available for my daughter to secure the deposit. However I would not recommend asking anything from this hotel manager. She has no customer service skills. I won't be coming back.

Clean, comfortable, room. Quiet. TV didn't work. We called maintenance. The maintenance person got it turned on and said it was fixed. Except it wasn't because it was stuck on the channel he put it on. We still couldn't change channels, volume, or turn it off. We finally just unplugged it. Every time we left the room, our key wouldn't work to get back in, so we'd have to go to the front desk to get it reprogrammed. Price was right and having a hot breakfast at that price makes it even better.

Stayed here after an event in Tulsa. We really just needed a crash pad for the night before driving home. Check in was easy and the gentleman at the front desk was nice and friendly. There was an odd smell in the hotel ?kinda like someone was smoking and the cover scent did not mingle well) not a big deal but overall the room was clean. It’s a very basic room but for the money it was definitely worth it.

This is a great place, very clean, the staff is very friendly, professional and they went above and beyond to accommodate. The price was super reasonable. The room was clean and comfortable. The lobby was very inviting, the dining room as well. They had a good concession area which was good bc the driving conditions were dangerous, which is why we booked. It would be super cool if the indoor pool and spa were open but can't complain because it is really hard to find a hotel at that price that nice. Thank you

Sky tree was a great hotel lots of hot water. Very clean and well set up. Rented 2 Doubles for 5 people and the customer service was outstanding. Rented for 2/28/25. Thanks for a great experience. And yes I actually stayed there this is not a fake review.

At first was really impressed by how nice the room was. Staff was okay too. Upon checking out I called after the weekend to make sure my $100 deposit was set to be returned, I was assured multiple times that it was done; I asked who can I verify it with and was told; all we can do is tell you it’s done. Waited 10 business days. Called for three days over and over again and was assured it was done; kept being told I would be called back by the manager; manager never called btw. Finally when I said I’m really uncomfortable with this situation and I feel like this is fraud I got a call a couple of hours later; and was told, a mistake was made your card was accidentally “hard charged” I’ll need your card number to issue a refund. I asked will I get it today or have to wait another ten days… was told it would be immediate… I knew better. Still haven’t gotten it… we will see how long this takes. Not worth the trouble. Look elsewhere. It’s in an absolutely shady not safe part of Tulsa anyway.

Don't let the pictures fool you! Online this hotel looks like a decent place. While the ladies at the front desk are absolute dolls, the rooms are outdated, dirty, smell, and halfway falling apart.
It looks like they haven't upgraded anything since 2010, our room has a disgusting odor that I've been trying to cover with air freshener for two days. There is a hole in the bathroom door from what I'm assuming was someone punching it. Stains on the walls. Tile missing in places in the bathroom. The hot and cold are reversed on the bathroom tub. Pool and hot tub was closed, which was literally the reason we booked this place.

Was a little worried and came in with low expectations because of the reviews. I was visiting the state for the first time to see a friend. Staff was friendly to me the entire visit, and my room was nice and cozy and quiet. Breakfast was decent and basic, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby and a gym in the area too, all within walking distance. Was definitely happy with it and it exceeded my expectations
