It was a bit strange that the Sentra Benedict comes with ham on the side, not on the Benedict. The French toast was fine.

Awesome and cozy breakfast spot! The spinach crepe is great with a side fruit. The breve is simply excellent. Many breakfast item options, would love to come back and try more

We were excited to try this restaurant, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. I had the Cubano, which was decent—generous on the meat, but lacking in flavor compared to Cuban restaurant in town. It wasn’t bad, just underwhelming.

My partner, however, ordered the Prego and that’s where the real disappointment set in. There was barely any meat, making it feel more like a bread, onion, and cheese sandwich with a hint of steak as an afterthought. To make matters worse, the bread itself felt cheap and soggy, which only added to the letdown. I now wish I would’ve read the reviews, because others have said similar things.

With restaurant prices being what they are today, a meal should feel worth the money. Unfortunately, this one didn’t. For the same price, we could’ve had a far better experience elsewhere, and we immediately regretted our choice. Wish I could get my money back for the Prego and that restaurants could be held accountable for such poor quality.

The energy is like you walked into your favorite uncles place and he is happy to see you. It's beyond friendly good service it's genuine spirit deep warmth.

The matcha latte flavor was like the cosmos pulled down clouds to brew the perfect balance of creamy, sweet while still maintaining the signature matcha bite.

The richness and layers of texture in the food is like music to the mouth. Words cannot capture the quality here highly reccomend

Great atmosphere! Perfect place to stop in and get a quick early morning coffee and pastry or have a fun delicious meal with guests visiting bend. Elisha is a fantastic server. She always has great suggestions on food to try out and is very helpful in explaining food and beverage choices. Find my self here most mornings when we are out and about!

During my recent visits to Bend, I had the pleasure of dining at Sintra—first on a guys’ trip and again the following week with my family. Both experiences were absolutely fantastic, and this has quickly become one of my favorite brunch spots in town!

The atmosphere at Sintra is warm, inviting, and full of charm. Whether you’re catching up with friends or enjoying a relaxed family breakfast, the ambiance makes it the perfect spot. The service was outstanding on both visits—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable staff who made us feel welcome and taken care of.

Now, let’s talk about the food—simply incredible! On my first visit, I had the Portuguese Benedict, and it was next-level delicious. The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced, with eggs cooked to perfection and a hollandaise sauce that was just the right mix of creamy and tangy. My second visit with family gave us the chance to try a variety of dishes, from the Brioche French Toast (light, fluffy, and beautifully presented) to the Chorizo Hash, which was packed with flavor and the perfect mix of hearty and savory.

Sintra also nails their coffee and drinks! Whether you’re in the mood for a well-crafted latte or a refreshing mimosa, they have great options that complement the meal perfectly.

Overall, Sintra delivers on all fronts—amazing food, great service, and a cozy ambiance that makes you want to come back again and again. Whether you’re visiting Bend or lucky enough to be a local, this is a must-visit spot for an unforgettable breakfast or brunch experience. Highly recommend!

We liked it so much we went here two days in a row. I highly recommend their Monte Cristo, it was wonderful. It has the perfect balance of sweet and savory. The southwest Benedict was also very tasty. They are at limited capacity with order at the counter table service. Great variety of morning cocktails as well as nitro CBD hemp coffee. Cheers 🥂
