Manager opened our door after midnight while we were sleeping and said he was checking to see if room was available, they said an error was made at check in plus the bathroom was nasty and the entrance door had a gap on the bottom. They would not give reimbursement only discount off next stay and that will never happen. Avoid this hotel.

Gross!! Don't stay here. I'll never again go to any hotel/motel without reading the reviews. This place should be condemned. Nasty is what comes to mind. Lacks any amenities like enough towels,
tp, no coffee.

The staff was rude. The doors to all the room have cracks in it where it gets to cold at night and you could see right through them. Already a not so great area to live in. The floors were nasty and looked like they hadn't been cleaned or swept. The heater wasn't even very warm. We have 4 people in a 2 bed, when I asked for towels they gave me 2. Two days later I walked over to the front desk and asked for Four big towels. She handed me one and proceeded to say that they gave me two towels already. I told her that she had gaven me them two days ago and we have 4 people who need to take showers. She told me to wait while she went to get more. She came back with 2 floor towels that wouldn't even fit around my head. The first day I went to plug in my charger on the lamp by the beds, everything from the window to the bathroom sink shut down, I called the front desk and she told me I broke a breaker and made it like it was my fault. The next day two maintenance guys came and looked at the problem, she offered me to move rooms all the way on the other side of the hotel after I had already dragged all my stuff to the room from down stairs while there was slick ice on them. I am now in a room with 5 outputs down. I paid for a week stay here, this is now the third day and I have still not gotten room service. I bag up and throw away my own trash. I make my own beds, and clean the room. Absolutely Ridiculous.

Not overly expensive but they did charge $20 for our cat. The rooms melt damp and moldy and of cigarette smoke too. The bathroom was not functioning well and the bathtub would not drain. Not enough linens or towels for the bathroom. There was a big God awful fridge in the suite that belonged in a three bedroom apartment. Don't forget the person at the front desk was nice enough. This hotel needs a massive renovation

This hotel was not worth 100 a night for two, me and my boyfriend are traveling cross country at the moment and this has been by far the worst hotel we’ve stayed at. First of all the older man at the front was super rude, most of the conversation was done between him and my boyfriend but since he didn’t tell us how much it was going to be I asked him very nicely before my boyfriend put in his card and he very rudely said “I’m talking to him not you”, what kind of customer service it that. Then when we park there’s roaches roaming around everywhere outside and there’s flies inside the room just going everywhere. I have a U.V. Light with me to check the sheets and omg they were disgusting we didn’t even use them. The room was filled with this nasty smoke odor as if they let people smoke inside of them and the smoke alarm was ripped of the wall. The only thing I checked for and wasn’t there were bed bugs but that’s the bare minimum. Honestly if you read reviews please please read all of these don’t come here to stay you can find another place with good customer service and an actual clean room.

Second to none the absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed at. It's great if you like bunking with roaches scurrying all along the walls, flies using the beds as breeding grounds, and an incompetent manager who couldn't charge you the correct amount if it were right in front of her eyes. On one occasion, I was triple charged and then told I didn't pay at all even though it showed right on my bank statement. On the the second occasion, I was charged twice and had to demand a refund for the mistake that was made. Ladies and Gentlemen, there are far better hotels with far better company running them.

They cut back to save money. I didn’t Mind the no coffee in the rooms but no toilet paper is cutting the budget a little thin.

They have recently changed the name and made substantial improvements to this property. Staff always very pleasant. Overall a good safe place to stay.
