I like this place I recommend if you wana stay in san bernardino ca Starbucks,taco,gas station,in & out burgers train and bus terminals banda Chinese food
It's good place it located good view and the people who run this motel is the most hardworker,friendly well experienced family
You get the service you need 24/7 with out any hesitation...thank you guys

THE OWNER SAID HES OKAY WITH A BAD REVIEW, SO HERE WE GO!||I would give this place a negative 100 rating if possible. We stayed here for an event at the NOS Center for New Year's Countdown, checking into our room at 7 PM on December 31st. Unfortunately, the room was infested with roaches of all sizes (photos attached). When we reported the issue to the manager, he seemed entirely unsurprised and offered us a can of bug spray as a solution, which was unacceptable.||After leaving the room for the event, we returned at 4 AM to find the situation even worse—roaches were everywhere: on the walls, bed, bathroom, and tub. It was unbearable. We immediately packed our belongings and went to the front desk to request a refund. The manager shockingly responded, "You should’ve told me earlier you didn’t want the room so I could give it to someone else!"||Unable to stay another moment, we drove an hour and a half back home in the middle of the night. The manager promised to speak to his "manager" (although he appeared to be the owner) and assured us of a refund in the morning if we left the key with him.||When we followed up the next day, he accused us of attempting to scam him, claiming, "A lot of people stay here and try to scam me." This is utterly false and unacceptable. The room was unsanitary, and charging such inflated rates while advertising “clean rooms” is misleading and unethical.||While we will address the refund with our bank, the larger issue is the appalling state of this establishment. Potential guests deserve to know the truth about what they are booking.

Rooms were awful.Towels were stained,old and dirty, There were roaches and bugs all throughout the room. There were also prostitute’s staying in the hotels and running in and out all night and being loud. Then when It got mentioned with proof that the room was nasty to the owner he made it very clear that he wasn’t going to give me my money back,then he got mad and lied and said I had 5 people in the room knowing that it was only 2 because the room being dirty was mentioned to him.Ive contacted the BBB and the Red Roof inn as well. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND DONT STAY HERE

I don’t recommend this hotel because me and my mom and my siblings stayed for one night and everything smelled bad. When we went to the store there was some ladies almost naked walking in front of our hotel number. It’s just terrible,don’t come to this hotel because it’s dirty and they probably did the ew here cause the blankets smell bad.

Positive: Nothing Negative: They didn't change the blankets or sheets I know because I had the same room from the 18th to the 19th and everything was the same all they did was clean the floor the towels were the same so dirty something needs to be done!!!!

Horrible, the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. Worse than Mexico hostels and that's saying a lot. Disgusting, dirty, holes and burn marks on bed sheets, mold, disgusting bathroom, uninhabitable, I'm surprised they are even open. The hotel owner is so rude and horrible they over charged and honestly I would never stay there or recommend my worst enemy to stay there. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST HOTEL! Picture proof is from Room #112. I was also told I would get 1 day out of the 2 refunded and I have called non stop and all they do is hang up on me. Horrible!!!! NEVER STAY HERE.
