Was here for lunch on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. The food truck is parked at the Bakery District downtown Fort Smith. Other food trucks are here too.

I ordered the full pork basket and two sides. Had sweet baked potato and New Brunswick soup/stew.

Food was fresh, tasty, service was friendly.

BBQ was moist, tender and flavorful. The BBQ is more on the vinegar side, but was the right amount of tartness.

Sides were excellent. Definitely give this establishment a try. Very good in my books.

We get grabbed a snack here on a whim while in Ft. Smith, and we were blown away by how delicious the BBQ was! We split a Carolina pulled pork sandwich and it was just delicious. My husband is still talking about it hours later. Well done!!! Can’t wait to come back to Ft. Smith and eat here again.

I just had Silvers barbecue today and the portion sizes for the price are as good as you’re ever going to find. Wonderful flavors and everything was so fresh. These guys really have a great business going. Will be exciting to see them continue to grow!

YUCK!!!
The meat tasted like it was soaked in a salt water liquid smoke mix! The “slaw” was more like chow chow not slaw!! I wanted to give something new a try but I’m sad I did!! Do not recommend and I will NOT be back!! I took one bite and the trash got the rest!!
