Our experience with Sliverleaf/ Holiday Inn has been nothing short of a nightmare, making it impossible for us to leave a positive review. My wife and I purchased a timeshare in 2000, believing it would offer our family years of wonderful vacations. Sadly, that dream has turned into an ongoing source of stress, especially as our circumstances have drastically changed over time.

The past few years have been really tough for us. My wife is fighting cancer, and I’ve had neck surgery. On top of that, the financial strain we’re under has made it impossible to afford or enjoy the timeshare. It’s been an emotional rollercoaster for our family, and the ongoing costs of the timeshare are just adding to the stress.

We’ve repeatedly reached out to Holiday Inn Vacation Club, explaining our situation and urgently requesting to exit our contract. We hoped for understanding and compassion in light of our extraordinary circumstances. Instead, we’ve been met with indifference and a frustrating lack of assistance. Our requests have been dismissed, leaving us feeling ignored, stuck, and helpless.

If you're thinking about getting a timeshare with Sliverleaf , I’d suggest taking a step back and thinking it through. What might seem like an amazing opportunity at first can quickly turn into a financial and emotional headache that’s really hard to get out of. Our family is already dealing with serious health challenges, and the added stress of a company that won’t help us when we need it most has made things even harder.

This experience has been deeply disappointing, and we hope no one else has to endure the frustration and despair we’ve faced.

The Five Stars are for the Apple Mountain Resort located at 200 Apple Seed Ct, Clarkesville, GA 30523. The other reviews posted here are for the timeshare company that used to run the resort. Don't mix the two up. The resort is now run by Holiday Inn. Under both companies, the resort has been a nice place to stay while visiting North GA.

I "won" a vacation recently while your company was promoting at the Stonecrest Mall in Lithonia, GA. I was given an appointment to view the facility. I received a call the day before my appointment, reminding me but unfortunately duty calls, being a full time student and employee, I asked to reschedule. I was NOT TOLD that i had to reschedule more than ONE day before my appointment. So the representative told me that my deposit won't be refunded and I lose the gift. I find this VERY UNFORTUNATE and UNFAIR! Even healthcare professionals, government related issues etc; allow their patients to reschedule 24 hours before the appointment. Silverleaf SCAMMED me for 20 dollars. Yes, this is a scam. May not seem to be a lot of money but it is to a full time college student ! Best believe me, I will NEVER do business with silverleaf and I will not recommend to ANYONE. First impression is the best impression. I'm not impressed and i wasn't even granted an opportunity to be impressed.
