Cheapest option I could find near by. So you get what you pay for really. Rooms were not horrible but also not the best. Didn’t really have any problem with the bed though so that was nice. I am a smoker and got a smoking room which was whatever and don’t mind smoking outside but man the smoking room I got smelt like cigarettes so badly, like bad bad. I think people need to air it out when smoking or after the check out the cleaners or company need to air out the room and deep clean the smell out of there a lot better for future guests because being a smoker it doesn’t bother me too bad but it was horrible. Another thing is that they advertise breakfast but there was no breakfast being served whatsoever…if your going to advertise that they should have it, or take it off your website to not mislead guest that are expecting that. A lot of time I’m looking for breakfast while booking hotels so if you don’t have it that’s not really cool. Rooms are a bit outdated and they differently don’t look how they do in the pictures. Other than those few complaints the stay wasn’t horrible for the budget price. Free coffee 24/7 in the lobby.

No. Not unless you are broke & desperate for a place to stay. That said, I know you get what you pay for & the $50/night room (via booking.com) was a killer deal. Just be ready to lower your standards and be content that it is what it is.

Not going to take time to elaborate, but the pics show the tired, worn, sad conditions of the room I was assigned. Seriously.

Had reserved a non-smoking room but when they were reminded I had a service dog with me they relegated me to a room that smelled like an ashtray & looked like it was regularly used by vagrants.

Had to return to the office to ask for towels because the room phone didn’t work. When I asked for more than one bath & hand towel, I was given a second hand towel; told there were no more available, and no face cloths. I asked how I was supposed to get ahold of the office by phone, and was told (after several minutes’ wait) ā€œthe number is available on-line, so call us on your cellphone.ā€ Honestly, the older guy hovering around the front desk that night seemed to have no training or interest in customer service or basic hospitality standards.

On a slightly positive note, the young people at night & during checkout were pleasant & efficient, and there was plenty of hot water.

Again, you get what you pay for & it is what it is. Be warned.

I’m almost 100 percent sure they did not clean this room before I stayed in it. There was hair on the pillows, hair on the floor, coins on the floor and no towels. I went to the desk to ask for a towel and they told me they didn’t have any but then I passed by the cleaners room and they had a whole shelf of folded clean towels. Worst of all, I woke up and took the blankets off only to find a huge pee stain on the sheets after I had already slept on them. It felt very disgusting to be sleeping in someone’s pee. They moved me rooms and the second one was alright but still dirty with hair everywhere. I honestly don’t know how this place is passing the health inspection checks. I’m very upset about my stay. Please just pay a little extra and go somewhere else.

I wanted to give the hotel the benefit of the doubt, however I was awoken at 12am because the pipes had burst and water flooded my room. The front desk lady offered to give me another room, but it would’ve been on the second floor after I’d already brought all my stuff to my car from the second floor. All the lady said was ā€œWe can’t give you a refund,ā€ even though I hadn’t asked for one. Additionally she said the room beside me had the same issue. Aside from that, there were a few issues with pests and odors coming from the bathrooms. Not to mention the deadbolt to the room was broken. It was an overall terrible waste of money, and I’m genuinely very disappointed in how the situation was handled.

Such a nice welcome from the folks here and a clean, comfortable room. Everything worked, Yes, outdated, worn and maybe things didn't work perfectly. It's still the most comfortable rest I've had on the road these last holiday travels.

If I could give this place a negative review, I would. My Dad and I rented two rooms, asked for non smoking, pet friendly ( we have two small dogs). 1st room was occupied by someone else. 2nd room was a smoking room. While checking into the 2nd room, two guests were fighting upstairs, screaming and banging on doors. After our rooms were changed, my room had blankets, my Dads did not. His TV didnt have a remote and didnt work. He had no towels to take a shower. My room had a broken deadbolt, broken remote, no towels and no toilet paper. The heating/ac unit looked like it had been stabbed with a knife. My dad changed rooms again. Had to walk to the front desk to get towels for both of us. The hotel consists of 3 buildings, our building was 1/2 block away from the office. Staff was friendly but not helpful when I pointed out there were no blankets in the room, only sheets. Said they couldn't do anything until housekeeping showed up at 8 am. I STRONGLY DO NOT recommend this hotel. It is dirty, the sheets look like they haven't been washed, and frankly, I stuck a chair under the door knob since it didn't have a proper dead bolt. This business shouldn't be allowed to continue as it is. It is dangerous to everyone who stays here. Also, the Travelocity reviews are a 10/10. I don't know where they were staying but it sure as he'll wasn't here.

First off, the service was great. The young man at the front desk was very kind and helpful. This review is not about him whatsoever. This room was absolutely atrocious. There were bugs infesting the furniture (roaches, not bedbugs), and the mattresses looked like some lost a game of Russian roulette in the bed, and they just covered it with a (dirty) sheet.

I should've known when it was this cheap it'd have problems. I didn't think that would mean a cockroach infestation and a room that smelled like someone died in it.
Sheets were clean. Glad I was just sleeping and woke up early to leave. Disgusting place, don't stay here.
